ZillowVERIFIED Don was simply amazing. I worked with him to purchase a home in TN, where I have never been, and he did EVERYTHING for me. I was unable to fly out and see the home personally, so he provided video walk throughs, a person trip to the house to investigate for me and made me feel safe and secure in my purchase. He contacted me a bare minimum of twice a week, but it was often much more to ensure I was kept up to date on every aspect of the purchase. While other agents from other realtors were testing the batteries of our cell phones, Don waited until we were ready.This man shows up when he says he will show up, on time, every time. During our first meeting at our home, he pledged his commitment to getting us the best deal for our home and making it as painless as possible. Many say this in their marketing, but he laid it all out on the kitchen table. Don had already done the research for our house, neighborhood, and area. Don was immediately responsive and informative about the process and his methods. We received phone calls at regular, expected intervals throughout the search and buying process. Don also communicated via text to ensure seamless communication between the more formal phone calls. Since we were searching out of state, Don made himself available to conduct virtual walk-throughs and provided an inspector-level analysis of each home. They did so much to make this a smooth process that aEURoeabove and beyondaEUR? just doesnt quite describe them. So many issues arose (as is expected), but the issues were either resolved before we knew about them or were in the process of being resolved. They took care of everything automatically, it were in constant contact with us so we knew exactly what was going on. They saved us so much time and money, but mostly our sanity. We had no surprises. I really wish I had the words to describe everything they put into buying/selling, but all I can say is that it was an experience that did not leave me dreading ever moving again.

Even if it was late in the evening Don always made sure we could see properties the same day. When I left for vacation numerous properties came up on the market and Don went and video them for me! From the moment that I talked to him over the phone, I knew he'd do whatever it took to help us with the process of buying our home. He wasted no time. He started sending us listings based on what we were looking for. The first time we met him in person, just confirmed to me that we were investing our time into an awesome Realtor who took his job seriously. Although serious with doing his job, he also had an awesome personality. That is another reason why I knew we had the right man in our corner. No matter what time of day or night, if I had a question, he would always promptly text me back with an answer. If by chance he didn't have an answer, he'd tell me that he'd find one for me and get back to me. He would always get back to me by mid-day the very next day (if not earlier). Finding our home was a process. It definitely did not happen overnight. However, Mr. Martin was committed in helping us, as we were committed in believing in him with this process. We finally found and bought our home in Paris, TN. We, along with our 2 children, are so very excited to start living there and making new friends and memories.
