Did a very good job despite their realtor. She was not the easiest person to deal with.

ZillowVERIFIEDDonald Keys provided my family exceptional service and a great experience throughout the process of selling our home. Unlike many Real Estate agents out there, his is a Full-Time Professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Donald was very helpful, went through all of my options as a seller, and walked me through each step. Overall great experience and I ended up receiving more money than what I was offered from OpenDoor.

ZillowVERIFIED I started my quest to find a home in phoenix AZ November 2016. Donald was meticulous in finding homes in my price range and had my required amenities. Once we found my perfect home, Donald handled everything from my closing documents, home warranty, sources for landscaping, pool maintenance etc. Donald is a full service realtor who is all about the customer experience. I absolutely will refer him to acquaintances, family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED As a person who Donald helped through a short sale, rental, and finally another purchase I can honestly say Donald is the man. He has a great grip on current markets and never fails to get a question answered as even when not sure he will reach out to his network and get answers that way. Quick story to illusrtate Donald's awesomeness, even after my purchase (which will be my last) when I had some issues with Termites Donald hopped into action to help me figure out warranty information and get the problem taken care of under said warranty and therefore cost free to me! If you want expert, honest, and caring representation then go to Donald!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer. I struggled for several months to find a strong realtor that was commited to helping me find "my home." I had experienced about 4 agents when I was advised to speek to Donald regarding my desires. I was very reluctant as a result of my previous experiences and thought to myself here we go again. Donald was very passionate about the home buying experiences ensuring I was educated and properly serviced. Donald did not sale me a home. He helped me find "my home." He advised me when a deal was not good and helped me escaped some very bad decisions. I will recommend Donald to anyone. He is great! Knows his stuff and will not let you buy anything you do not need or try to up-sale you. Great guy! Hard working! Great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased my first home as a single mom a few months ago and can't tell you how helpful Donald was. He is very knowledgeable about the market and keeps up to date with the changes and trends. His forecasts were spot on also. He gave me sound advice that paid off. He helped me negotiate a great price and found me a house with more amenities than I thought I could afford. The location is great, very safe and family friendly neighborhood close to my son's current school. Donald was always available to answer my questions and guided me through the entire process. Even my loan officer, who had never worked with him before, couldn't believe how hands on he was throughout the whole process. I know my son and I will be happy here for years to come, but if I ever do need a realtor in the future, I will call Donald.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Donald by family who had bought a house from Donald last year. Donald was very helpful and was always accomodating to my busy schedule. Donald was completely knowledgeable to all aspects of the real estate business and promptly answered all of my questions. I am also looking to purchase another home later this year and without a doubt will purchase through Donald as his expertise and patience is second to none. Thanks again Donald for all of your assistance!
