Don was wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. Don had an unusual sale as we had a large farm and a 69acre plot with a cell tower, the farm house had 49acres with a cell tower. Don did a fine job. He sold everything we had available Don is a joy to work with and if we had more property he would be our realtor again. We are now in Florida enjoying the good life

I bought my first house/land from Don. He met with me time after time for a long time. Don has a very calm and easy-going personality which made him so easy to talk to. I was a first-time home buyer, and young and he helped me understand what I was looking for and what I wasnt looking for. He drove me all over the place looking at land and houses. He was always honest and he was very responsive. From time to time I would ask Don questions after I bought my house-years after, and he would still write to me, talk to me, and meet with me. Now, 12 years later, I am looking to see my house and move elsewhere. I have been drilling him with questions and he STILL is so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Don Goudreau.

Don helped us to sell our place up in Penacook, during a crutial time. The housing bubble effect was shaken the market, houses were not selling and potential buyers, were more interested in new constructions (I couldn't blamed them).
