ZillowVERIFIED Donald and Lisa were fantastic to work with when it came to selling our home. Both were very professional in all aspects, from staging the home, marketing the home, showing the home, then getting us to the closing table to finalize our sale. They work great together as a team, always offering their knowledge and experience in the "Real Estate World" which at times can be difficult to navigate in. We would highly recommend them whether you are selling or buying, they will get you to the finish line. Thank you again --JoAnn & Ray

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa and Don were phenomenal team in assisting me with the sale of my Mother's home in FL (PGA Village). The entire thing was very daunting because of my mother's health issues, timeframe, etc. From start to finish, the entire journey was very close to seamless, all because of their overall knowledge, proficiency with the process, honest/open communication regarding realities of the market, my scenario etc., as well as judgement calls. The amount of effort, TIME and resources they came to the table with was invaluable to me and what I thought was going to be a very daunting and anxious task on my own, was actually very smooth, and much better simply because of their involvement and guidance throughout every step of the way. They made themselves available for calls, mtgs, etc. whenever I needed help, they responded very fast, and gave me some great local advice for junk removal, consignment places, handymen, services in the area, etc. They truly went above and beyond knowing this was very hard for me, especially since I was not from the area. I felt 100% better and secure with my decisions knowing they could answer all my questions and guide me in the right direction when I wasn't entirely sure what to do. I would recommend this team a million times over to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Don and Lisa were referred to us by a family member and close friend of our family. Their knowledge of the market and conditions in the St James Golf Club led to the property being priced to sell and sell quickly. Lisa prepared a detailed Marketing Plan (including all immensities, professional pictures, open house dates, and advertisements in local newspapers and online via their website) that was presented and approved by us prior to executing. Don was always available (in person and via text/phone) for the inspection and appraisal. Don's experience and contacts in both of these areas were invaluable and of great assistance in communicating back to the buyer and the buyers agent. We always felt Don had our best interest in representing us to the buyer and buyers agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Donald and Lisa was very good. From the listing of our home and the selling process. They explained the technical process of selling the home due to we are international seller. they were a huge help and very knowledgably. They advised us what to do to prepare for the sale of the house. without their input we could not achieve the best price price for our house. It was such a pleasure working with Donald and Lisa. The house sold and closed within six weeks. Due to the experience we received we certainly will and recommend them to our friends and families and anyone who is looking for a team that know their stuff these are the team to go to. We thank them very much for their patience with the closing also of the home. I worked with Donald and Lisa because they where recommended highly to us. and they worked with us professionally and communicated with us patiently when we did not understand some of the terms in selling our house. they went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Donald and Lisa Baetzold on the purchase of my parents previous home, then recently the sale of that home. It is a challenge to be concise in describing all that Donald and Lisa have done for my family. They are real professionals who care very much for the people they serve, and deliver on everything they commit to. They are also just wonderful people. From the beginning and throughout the closing process, they were on top of it, and were quickly available when I had questions. They patiently and knowledgeably walked me through any questions I had, no matter how big or small. I appreciated their constant calmness, solid good work and dedication to get the job done from start to finish. I would highly recommend Donald and Lisa Baetzold to anyone looking buy or sell a home in the Port Saint Lucie, FL area and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Don and Lisa were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help my brother and I sell our dads house. We were both out of state and they handled everything once we had the house cleared out. It was a very emotional time for us and they were not only our realtors but they truly cared for us and did what they could to take the stress off as much as possible. The house was sold in a month from when it was listed. They are great at networking and utilize all resources including a professional newsletter to reach any buyers. I truly felt they wanted this process to be as easy as possible bc we were hurting. I highly recommend them! They are creative and they waste no time! Highly recommended!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED very professional and straight forward. They suggested what needs to be done so we could sold the house ASAP which happened. Donald is always there every step of the way to make it sure that all the repairs that needs to be fixed is done properly. Liza let us know what needs to be done inside the house to be more attractive to the buyers and it worked. They're always there for us on any updates of the house until the settlements which we appreciated very much. Could not find anybody like these two couples that worked together superbly to do business with. That's why we recommended them to one of our friends to contact them when she's ready to sell her house anytime soon.

ZillowVERIFIED So many positive adjectives come to mind for my buying experience with Lisa and Don. Tenacious, thorough, cheerful, courteous, punctual, professional. Most of all, they never left my side. As a first-time Florida homebuyer, I so appreciated that. No question was too trite or trivial for them.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked very hard to sell our home. Advertised weekly, held open houses, gave excellent tips on how to prepare home for showings. Very friendly and called routinely for up to date results of our listing and feedback from prospective buyers. Highly recommend Don and Lisa for anyone desiring to get personalized service from them. I don't think anyone works as hard as they did to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED A number of years ago, told Lisa & Donald we would eventually be selling our town house and purchasing a larger home. Periodically, they would provide info on interesting properties....with no pressure to commit, strictly to keep us aware of market trends. This past spring we decided the time was right and within 6 weeks from decision to make the change we were living in our new home. Likewise, the sale of our town house went smoothly and closed with our desired price....just like the purchase price of our new home.Throughout both transactions Lisa & Donald kept us well informed and quickly resolved issues as they occurred. Furthermore, the mortgage folks they recommended were simply the best to work with....like Lisa & Donald, they quickly resolved issues.

ZillowVERIFIED Met Don and Lisa at a open house. They were very warm and friendly. The house did not work for us, but Lisa called me the next day as she said she would. She showed us a condo that would work better for us. We made an offer, although there were 2 other intrested buyers Don said he would make it happen and he did. We have now become friends and I would not hesitate to recommend Don and Lisa. They are very knowledgeable and keep up to date on all the new information out there. ZillowVERIFIED Lisa and Don Baetzold were very helpful in helping us find a new home in Port Saint Lucie, Fl. After we closed we listed our previous home and they showed the home many times. We had several offers and 3 of them pulled out, they were not deterred and continued to show the home. They also had several open houses and many ads in the local papers. I believe they went to great extremes to sell my home. Finally we got a offer that was accepted by us and the house closed on July 31st. All of this was done long distance while I was in New York for the summer. Don went out of his way to get minor things repaired that were found in the home inspection. I would highly recommend Don and Lisa for your real estate needs.
