Tim is the absolute best realtor you could ask for! Being 19 and buying my first home was so stressful. I had no idea how to even start the process, and didnt have anyone really to help talk me through it. After looking at about 20 houses we finally were able to find exactly what I wanted. He talked me through each step of the process. And even when I was really stressed out about everything, he would help me to realize that no matter what, we would get through it. I dont know what I wouldve done without him!

When it came time to sell my home in Washington NJ after living there for 53 years I was reluctant to do it in the usual way. My plan was to do a cash buyout and be done with it. I watched people I work with go through it and decided that I didnt want to deal with all the Showings, inspections, repairs and length of time it could possibly take. Plus we were in a world wide pandemic.I have seen the DLP commercials about a buyout plan so I contacted them. They informed me that an agent would contact and meet me and explain my options. Still at this point I was bound and determined for the cash buyout. This is when I meet Cindy Lou Lapp. He explained to me about the buyout plan and wanted to show me all my options. While she was explaining the various choices I had I could see she was knowledgeable, caring and determined to do what was best for me, not her I found this very relaxing. She assured me that the market was strong right now even though we were faced a pandemic. I was thinking that no one would even come to look at my house let alone buy it. She explained that a lot of people were already pre approved for mortgages and were looking to buy. So I opted to put the home on the market for three months and if didnt sell I still had the option for a buyout. So I figured what do I have to lose.My house was listed on a Wednesday at noon and by that Friday only two days later I had a signed contract. When she called to inform me the happiness in her voice was overwhelming. I did it and in only two days. I dont know who was more excited her or I. After that she was with me the rest of the way. She explained everything clearly and knowledgeably. Cindy was always just a phone call or a text away if I had any questions or concerns. She would call me at least once if not twice a week in the interim. I truly got the feeling she was there for me and loved what she did. Cindy helped a rookie like me thru the entire journey from start to finish with poise, confidence, knowledge and compassion and for this I cant thank her enough.If I had to some up her skills in only one word I would say professionalism a quality that is hard to come by in this day and age, and for that Cindy I thank you.
