Actions truely speak louder than words when it comes to her responsivness, knowledge, caring, time and effort. She definitely cares about what is best for the client not about how much money you can put in her pocket, she always responded to text messages, emails or calls within a couple of hours no matter what time of day, she never tried to sell me on a place but rather let me make judements based on my taste/preferences. ZillowVERIFIED Would not recommend. There was poor follow up re: inspection, termite inspection and vague assistance in explanation of contracts sent. It felt as if in the deal alone. Obtained help from administrative staff, after becoming markedly fearful and upset around sale. IF you go with this team, read contracts closely and read several times. I did not and did not catch error, nor fully understand, my fault!!! But, make certain all issues are clearly stated (I was purchasing property). Also, if purchasing, note there will be a charge on commissions. Administrative staff was the one person who helped the most.
