I am 82 years old and was named trustee for a friend's estate/trust. It was a 'delicate situation' because there were 3 beneficiaries (plus the lawyer) and I wanted each one (and especially the church who was very anxious to get the house sold) to be pleased. All questions were answered very quickly by Mr. Ritchie and he kept in very close touch with me. He even came to my house so I could sign the initial papers.
