FAQ
In our current market, it is important to have a Realtor on your side who knows how to create an offer that can compete with the multiple offers coming in, the iBuyers who are competing for the properties and the investors who are paying cash.
Sellers need to be aware of all the different avenues open to them right now and not just jump at the first offer just because it is quick. I have a platform that allows sellers to obtain iBuyer offers, Bridge Solutions and open market scenarios and compare them all side by side to pick the right offer.
Having done this for the last 38 years, it would probably be easier to list the types of clients I haven't worked with. I have designations in probate and divorce real estate and have done numerous transactions involving those scenarios as well as helping many first time buyers, many last time sellers and everything in between.
I recently did a transaction that was the third generation of a family that I have helped in my long time in this business. The young couple I helped were the grandkids and kids of the previous generations I have also helped. It went just fine.
I obtained my license in 1983 when I worked in the oilfield. I intended on using my license to buy a rental property each year. When oil went bust in 1983, I decided to go ahead and put my license to work. Here I am still doing it 38 years later!
I have multiple designations in several types of real estate and I teach other agents in Real Estate School. I have the knowledge necessary to help in just about any type of transaction and if it is one I don't know, I will walk away from it. I won't take on something I'm not familiar with.
