Review Exceeded All Expectations (legitimately 6-star quality) This was our first time in the home-buying arena. Don answered every question we had. He talked through a great MANY items for which to pay attention when walking through a home. He talked comparisons between homes when looking at multiple in the same day. He talked through factual property details and provided his own objective point of view for questions/concerns we had. At the end of every day looking at homes, I never felt lost or conflicted about a decision for any home he showed us. During business hours, he responded to texts/emails quickly; he did so even outside of normal hours. He was very professional, even to the point of not allowing distractions when we were out looking inside homes he recommended. I'm glad my wife started our home buying process with Don and I don't think it was luck that he turned out to be as great through the entire process as he was; he's worth a 6th star even if this review site caps at 5. I'm recommending him to all my friends and colleagues getting into the market to buy.

Review After having Don and Cindy as our agents for a couple purchases and sales, I can say if you choose to hire them, their vast knowledge of the Dayton area market, their use of the internet to market your home, using professional staging and photographs/videos, and just the ease they will put you in when you sit down to talk. We sold a home about 2 1/2 years ago, the day it went on the market, Thanksgiving Day, yes, which Don told us could happen, and we recently sold our condo, in about 30 days, pretty much the time frame he stated in the current market. Review This was the first time that my wife and I have bought a home. Luckily, we had Cyndi at our back! She made the entire process run smoothly by initially customizing our home choices early. This customization led to success during our week-long house hunting trip. She then maintained our early successes by continually working with us during the offer and purchasing process, keeping us apprised of the situation purchase situations and patiently walking through the process (primarily educating us in different forms and negotiation with the seller) with us. Finally, she made sure that the seller left the house to us in good condition by performing the closing walk through (which was fortunate since both my wife and I were out of the area when we closed).
