( the first home she toured with us) She invited my husband and I to her online home buying webinar and it was up from there. We was scared to jump out there but she gave that extra push of motivation. Thank you so much for your help with buying our home. You made the process simple and easy to understand for us, and we appreciated your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without you. A very big thank you for everything you did to make our house buying smooth and as stress free as possible. I will recommend you for so many reasons. There was never any sense pressure or obligation and you were always polite and patient and did your best to fit in with our busy lives. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being aEURoeemotionallyaEUR? invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, We was not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and they were always so candid and provided their own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what she had learned about us. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it;it is crucial to keep those around that do. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she was really focused on making sure we/and seller are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Dominique, she went above and beyond (as I'm positive she do with all of her clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout.
