I was not impressed working with Bibiana. I purchased a house with her almost three years ago and I still sit with these feelings about how terrible of a job she did. Ive told everyone I know not to contact her and not go with a realtor that Zillow puts you in touch with. I would have saved thousands if I had gone with someone I knew - someone who would fight for me. Instead she sold the house on the 26th (didnt tell me if I waited a few days I could have waited over a month to pay my first mortgage). She couldnt tell me where to connect my utilities so I sat for 3 days without power or water because she just never got back to me, leaving me to do the research. Choosing to go with Bibi was the worst mistake of this purchase. I regret having her make the sale and I wish every single day (three years later) that I would have had a better realtor who could have offered better advise. Look elsewhere!
