ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was originally assigned to us when we were looking to see a certain house with Opendoor. He was so good at helping us find and buy the right house. When we decided to sell years later, Dominick was the clear choice to use. Dominick is someone who will not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. He is an excellent realtor who gets the job done. Super relatable. Super trustworthy.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was great, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us with buying and selling in Phoenix. He found us the perfect home at a great price in 2018. He really listened to what we were looking for and kept within our budget. Then he helped us sell it in 2022 when we were living 2 states away. With both transactions he was so responsive and really went above and beyond to assist us. By far the best we have every worked with, I would recommend him without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best real estate agent experiences I've ever had. Dominick was very professional and worked hard to help us identify and facilitate the purchase of our dream retirement home. Dominick also possesses a special skill of actually listening rather than constantly talking and selling. We will be contacting him again if we make any future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dominick has been our greatest and best risk taken in this rather alien market. Why? We hail from a different country where real estate is driven by its own rules. When we decided to buy here, a lot of apprehension was there to buy a used home. Then we met Dominick, who was so professional and friendly that the buying experience was seamless. There was a point where he knew us so much that he would stop sending listings and rather just send a listing confidently saying "i know you like this home" Once we narrowed down into a house, the next steps were super complicated but then he explained it and then said " i got your back" We got excellent after sales support as well, he wasnt the guy who walked off after making a sale as he had no obligation with us. He still reaches out often to run a check on us.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick is the best realtor! We took about a year to find the right house and he was always ready to show us any house whenever we asked. He is very responsive and super organized which was amazing and made the process run smoothly. He has a great team and is very detail-oriented and answered all of our questions. We used him to buy a house and sell ours and he always provided great advice. He did a great job with both and always kept us in the loop! He truly is one of a kind and you can tell how much he cares! He always went above and beyond and I cant recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I was teamed up with Dominick through Open Door. During our first meeting I told him what we were looking for and price range. When we found a house that both my wife and I REALLY wanted, Dominick made it happen. First of all within 48 hours of the house coming on the market, there were 10 offers on it. I asked Dominick what we needed to do to make this happen and get the buyers attention. He gave us reasonable options and mostly he stayed in touch with the sellers agent. I know that his professionalism and perseverance got us that house over the other nine offers. Now my wife and I are living in the house of our dreams and the city my wife has been waiting to live in for 20 years.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on our house and Dominick was with us every step of the way. He is knowledgeable and accessible, working with our schedules and being flexible even when it meant having to view houses with our two little boys along for the ride. When we found the right house, Dominick provided great advice and helped us make sure our offer was the one accepted. He communicated throughout the whole process, and was always available if we had questions. It was a great experience to work with him, and we will reach out to him if we ever decide to move again. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to retiring from the Air Force, my wife and I decided to start looking for a house early so we would be prepared. I was assigned Dominick from the USAA rewards network. He worked with us for over a year, showing us nearly 80 houses. Dominick was extremely patient, always had time for us, was a friendly on the final day as the first day we met, and was very engaged during the closing process to make sure we could close early. He is a true professional to the realtor trade and I am very thankful he was assigned to us!

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was an amazing realtor and made the process of buying our first house so easy. He was extremely responsive, and had no problem meeting at times that worked for both my husband and I (later after work, on weekends, even on a holiday!). Picking a realtor can be a very stressful ordeal, Dominick had reached out to us from an inquiry on Zillow (not going off of any recommendations from friends or family) so I will admit I was skeptical at first, but immediately after day one of looking at houses I knew he was the perfect realtor for my husband and I. He was very honest and upfront about different neighborhoods, conditions of houses, etc. and just has a great trustworthy personality. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Phoenix area!

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick helped myself and my wife search for, and purchase our first home in the Phoenix area. He was very flexible on time, easy to work with and always honest about all steps of the purchase process. He personally recommended an uncommon sewer line inspection on a property we were originally under contract on. The inspection saved us a costly repair on a home we were very much in love with. We ended up finding the perfect house for the right price and Dominick helped us every step. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not recommend Dominick enough; he was amazing to work with. He helped me search many months for the right house at the right price. He would give me his opinion as an expert in the field but would always go with what I was most comfortable with. I actually had issues with a previous realtor that was not willing to submit offers unless it was exactly what they recommended. Whenever there was a home that I wished to look at he would be very expedient in setting up a viewing. Once I had found my home and was ready to submit an offer he was there for me for every step of it. At one point the seller was being unreasonable on not wanting to fix something or even provide a credit but Dominick stepped in and was able to negotiate with the sellers agent for a credit to be supplied from both of their commissions instead of letting a bad seller upset the whole process. He cared more for me finding the proper place than making a quick commission and moving on. Oh, and I should probably mention that he did all this while him and his wife were expecting their first child! I have recommended Dominick to multiple people since then and if you are reading this I recommend that you give him a call if you need a top notch realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was great to work with. He worked around our schedule, since we were flying in from out of town to house hunt. Hes very knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods on the west side. He listened to our needs, found a great selection of homes for us to look at, offered advice, and was with us every step of the way. He also never pushed us to buy something higher than we wanted to spend. Although we dont plan to move anytime soon, well definitely get in touch with Dominick when that time comes.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was very helpful throughout the home buying experience. From the start of the process Dominick would send me text updates on houses that looked like they fit my criteria particularly well in addition to creating the portal of houses. He was available same day to go check them out and would spend hours on the weekend driving around the city showing us houses. We did make multiple offers throughout the process and he was very quick to draft them up and get them to the seller. He is very familiar with the process and his intuition was spot on. When he said he didnt think a house would be on the market for much longer and I decided to wait the house was gone before the weekend like he warned. When I decided to put in an offer that was too low and he told me he didnt think the seller would accept it he was also correct, but he would always submit the offer as I requested and very quickly. When we did finally complete an offer he made it very easy to complete the inspection process quickly went over the entire inspection document with me before we decided to move forward. He helped me create a concessions request (not sure if thats what it is actually called) that addressed all my concerns from the inspection. He then dealt with the bank that seriously made him talk to the seller, revise documents, change dates, etc. like every day. He kept on top of it all and we closed before about a week before the date the bank originally set as the expected closing date. Even after the house closed he kept in touch with me and helped me figure out the utilities, coordinate with the alarm company, the pool contractor and anything else I needed help with. Needless to say I will be highly recommending Dominick to anyone that needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominick was always on top of concerns or questions we may have had. If he didnt have an answer, he would get an answer in a very timely manner. He had a lot of experience with the VA loans, in which we used. He worked long hours ensuring that we found the perfect home in our price range. He is very professional and friendly! Even though our experience of buying a home is over, he is still available to answer any questions we may have about our home or being a homeowner. We highly recommend Dominick Cole as your realtor. He will do everything to make sure you are constantly happy throughout the process, even when its over!

ZillowVERIFIED We were overseas when we started looking for a new home. Dominick was great. Despite the major time difference we were able to communicate easily. We told Dominick what we were looking for and would take videos of potential homes for us. When we found our house I think he knew before we did that this was the house for us. It just showed that he really understood what we were wanting. He was upfront and gave us great advise. He made the process as smooth as possible for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a new home owner thanks to Dominick, I tried to learn what I needed to know and what to look for when buying a home. Dominick was extremely helpful on my search. He took the time to narrow the search to nice neighborhoods, look for possible issues with houses and listened to what my priorities were. He made suggestions on locations that I wouldnt have thought about and I ended up finding a home that was perfect for me. Every day I find something new I love about my home.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from CO to AZ. Dominick was the only agent willing to show us homes across Phoenix and the surrounding areas. He dedicated his entire weekend to helping us on our trip out from CO. Once we found a home he worked hard to make sure all the proper documentation was in place. He went the extra step of representing us during the inspection as we were unable to travel out for that. During the entire process Dominick made us feel as if we were his only clients as he was always prompt to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Even after closing Dominick has been very gracious to still provide any guidance we may need in this transition to a new home and a new state. Without any hesitation we would use his services again in the future as well as recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Fargo, North Dakota and we were looking for a home in the Surprise/Peoria area of Arizona. This was going to be a long distance transaction. We were fortunate enough to find a real estate agent who could put this kind of deal together. Dominick Cole, as our representative, was one of the two most important parts of putting the whole deal together. The other part being, finding the perfect home for us, which we did. Dominick represented us in the most attentive, loyal, knowledgeable, hard working and responsible way. He always kept our best interests at the forefront of all aspects of the real estate transaction and he was always very prompt with answers to any questions we had and any new information he received. We feel very confident referring him to anyone who may be considering buying or selling a home.

He is an Arizona native, which shows in his extensive knowledge of the Phoenix and surrounding areas. I am a very picky buyer, and Dominick has shown me a lot of patience during my search for a home. He makes sure to pay attention to what is important to me in a home and has customized several searches for me to review that have been stellar. Not only am I a client, but I have worked in the title and escrow/mortgage business for 8 years and have worked with many agents through the years. Dominick stands out above the rest. He is professional, knowledgeable, attentive to his clients needs, and assertive throughout the closing process. You will not have a better experience elsewhere!
