Dominic showed great patience in identifying and showing us various properties. We really could not nail down what we were looking for which makes the realtors job more difficult. he was always very professional and made the end buying process very easy. He was also a great resource for some other trades we needed for inspections and other projects we have planned around the new house.

ZillowVERIFIEDStephanie and Dom responded immediately to my request for an agent to sell my house. I live out of state and needed someone that could handle a lot of the details I couldn't attend to in person. Their familiarity with the area made it easy for them to suggest workmen that could tie up those loose ends. They had a contract within the first week of listing the property for full price. During the entire process, they were attentive, responsive, knowledgable and courteous. I would highly recommend The Willis Team to anyone with Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED The Willis Team were extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Carl Junction and Joplin area. They were prepared to discuss my house marketing and recommend market price based on comps and the current availability of buyers. This was important, given our winter/Christmas period of placing our house on the market. Responses to follow-up questions and discussions about process were immediate. I was so pleased that they brought a buyer within 3 days of listing our house. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic Willis is a fantastic realtor! He keeps the lines of communication opened at every step. We purchased from out of state so communication was key. He filmed a propert for us. He let delivery guys on for us because we couldn't get there in time. This guy cares about people. He went out of town in the middle of sale and handed us over to another realtor. ( his wife Steph) who is just as wonderful as he is. This is our 5 th home purchase and by far handled the most professionally. This team is great!

ZillowVERIFIED I rate the Willis Team as Excellent not so much because they gave me what most people would consider "excellent" service, but because They Gave Me EXACTLY The Level Of Service I Asked For. Which is a lot rarer than you might think. That was because this was a small home built a century ago selling for a modest price, they weren't going to make a large commission, I brought to the table real estate in my blood for two prior generations, and a lot of experience with old homes. Between the combined skills of the Willis Team, Nook-n-Kranny Home Inspection, Abbey Title, and myself, we went from my initial viewing of the home to closing in 20 days, most of the communications were by mutually convenient email, and the whole process was as smooth as silk. A realtor team that really listens to you and delivers what you ask for and need? That's a treasure, and I recommend them without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED We ended up randomly calling the Willis team but it turned out to be a great experience. As husband and wife they work perfectly as a team in the reality business. Always quick to respond and show us as many properties as we want to view. They keep an up to date list of new houses hitting the market within our criteria and get us the email link to view them promptly. Gives good advice on what offers to submit as well. Make the process easy for first timers like us.
