I'm based out of state, so I was completely dependent on him to manage things on the ground in Ohio. He was on top of any needed communications and all his third party recommendations, from painters to movers were EXCELLENT and the best bang for my buck. He arranged a first meeting, where we discussed the "how-to's" and what not to do in selling our home, what the comps were in our area, and took a short tour, advising us on what we needed to change/fix before showing the home. Dominic was always quick to respond when we reached out with questions. We required an expedient sale, as we were building our retirement home an hour away. This required much coordination, regarding the timing of the sale and for closing...on both ends. All-in-all, the transaction was a smooth one. We were able to close on time and sold our home for more than we'd ask, which was due to Dominic's expertise in how to help sellers get the most that the market will bear and even how to negotiate with a pool (yes, a pool) of buyers for choosing the best offer. He set all of the necessary requirements in motion to get the home up for sale proficiently and in a timely manner. The market had gotten much more competitive at the time; and Dominic always provided important data to reassure me that we were moving forward in a positive direction with appropriate interventions to attract more potential buyers. He remained optimistic even after several weeks and continued to stay in touch with me and we were successful after the right buyer came along. Dominic negotiated a very good final price for me which required back and forth conversations on his part which he dealt with very expertly; and in the end even after a health and safety inspection issue the buyer was pleased and well satisfied with the final number and I was as well.

We did not have any particular timeline, and we kept changing our minds on what we wanted to buy and where we wanted to live. Also, as husband and wife, we often were not on the same page with each other with our requests. Nonetheless, Dominic was the reliable voice of reason that we could always come back to. He worked with us from early 2022 to mid 2023 when we finally made a purchase! He always maintained open communication with us by phone and by text and by keeping us informed of new listings by email. When we told the selling agent that Dominic was representing us as buyers, she commented that he is wonderful to work with. Of course he is!
