ZillowVERIFIEDDoes not return phone calls or email messages. Gave me a specific time to call him which I did, no call back. Called four more times still no call back email three times no response to email. Finally got a hold of him about this particular rental property and then he told me the property was rented. Now I responded the first day of the rental. And I was told to call him Sunday. The first day of the rental I believe was a Friday. Tried to call him like I said no response. When I called him out on it when he finally answered his phone, he told me in a rather rude tone that he would try to do better in the future goodbye have a nice day and hung up on me. One of the rudest real estate agents I have ever dealt with. if anybody would like to call me out on whether or not it's true I have everything archived and I can prove how many times I called him and how many emails I sent with no response from him.

ZillowVERIFIED I was renting my executive home in Oviedo, FL and renters did not maintain it as well. I decided to sell and Dominic was recommended by a friend whom I trust. I am physician and know a capable professional when I see one...Dominic "P" was incredible. He has terrific connections in and knowledge of local market. He looked at the home while it was rented and helped me prepare a budget for fixing the home for sale (better than I expected). He helped me hire service crew who did an outstanding job (he pushed gently when needed) at a very reasonable price and brought the home back to its former beauty. My home has 1000 + views within 1-2 weeks and 100s of people saved the home in Zillow. Dominic using his connections brought several potential buyers, sometimes more than 3 per day. He is very responsive by email and phone. He was constantly in touch with me during the during time home was on sale and keep in updated about what is happening (I am located out of state). I learned that he was not just hoping for quick sell and walk away with commission.. but rather worked very hard to get a fair price for the home and I can wholeheartedly and gladly say he earned his commission. He is honest, and means what he says! If you want to get a fair price for your house in and around video... have no doubt, this is your man!
