ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my second home purchase using Dominic and Cutler Real Estate. Zev Braun came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Any questions we had regarding the current market to what we were interested in Zev could explain it to us. He really made the finding and purchasing of our house go as smooth and easy as possible. Zev was extremely flexible with scheduling working to make everything fit our availability. I highly recommend working with Dominic and Zev they definitely care about you and do everything they can to help. I really appreciate everything they have done for us and will continue to use them for our future home purchases. I couldn't have asked for more from Zev and to top it off we were given an amazing gift to welcome us to our new home. Thank You!

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic Fonte was and still is a delight to work with. In 2006, he helped me purchase my first home when I was just 24 years old. Dominic very patiently walked me through multiple houses and answered all my questions. To this day, I can remember asking him at each house we visited if he would let his daughter buy this house. If he told me no, I valued his knowledge and respected his opinion to turn around, walk out, and not look back! With Dominics help, I was able to find the perfect home. 14 years later, he helped me sell that same home. Dominic made the selling process super simple and told me what to expect every step of the way. With his vast market knowledge and years of experience, we were able to sell my house in 1 day! I highly recommend Dominic Fonte for all your buying and selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED This was a trying time for my sister and I due to my father passing in March. The knowledge Dominic possessed regarding probate led to a very smooth transition and quick transaction. He also (with the help of Zev) was able to find my sister a home in the same time frame.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Dominic in the past to sell another home. Our experience with both sales was excellent. He certainly improved his game over the last few years. In particular, doing his own walk through video and having our home professionally photographed inside and out including drone photos of our property and the surrounding area. Having leased in other cities site unseen, I can only imagine how helpful it was to buyers. We had a full price offer within 4 days of going on the market. Dominic and his team were always available to answer questions, provide valuable direction to prepare our home for sale and support to close as we were not in town. If we had another property to sell or was returning to Canton, we would call, text and email Dominic! You should too!!

ZillowVERIFIED Very Highly Recommended Dominic and his staff were outstanding in the selling of our home (17 offers over 2 days) and we could not be happier! They made us feel comfortable and walked us thru the process of selling since it has been over 30 years since our last move. The walk thru video and Dominic's narrative of our home was exceptional and I am sure that added to us receiving over our asking price. Dominic was always quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. Once again I highly recommend Dominic to anyone looking to sell their home. A+++++++++++

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dominic and his team was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge on different items as we looked at houses was invaluable, his responsiveness to anything we needed was immediate and he had a sense of humor when things got stressful. No matter what the situation was, whether a locksmith, fireplace vendor, heating and cooling or anything else, he always had a contact we could use or he would contact a vendor himself and set something up. There was nothing Dominic wouldn't do for us or work to get something resolved, even after the sale was complete. We appreciated all he did and would absolutely use his services again if needed in the future!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic Fonte from Cutler Realty is a Realtor's Realtor. He's up-beat and positive. He made us feel like we were his only clients. His staff was also very pleasant to work with. A young person starting in the realty business would do well to train under Dominic. He's knowledgeable of this business and also very creative. Both were needed to sell our condo to the right family. We highly recommend contacting Dominic Fonte if you are buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic Fonte and his team are the best. My siblings and I were tasked with having to sell our family home. We knew Dominic and his team were the best in the business and are so glad we chose to list the house with them. Not only did Dominic make sure we received a quick and equitable sale, but he was very sensitive to our emotional attachment to the house. We were kept well informed every step of the way; presale with Karina and post-sale through closing with Nikki . Thank you all for making separation from our childhood home pain free.

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed nearly ten different Realtors, prior to hiring Dominic Fonte to list my house. All of them, came highly rated and are some of the best in the business in the Stark County area. Dominic was ultimately chosen to list my house, not based on his product and business knowledge, which are exceptional. However, due mainly to his tremendous communication skills. I felt extremely confident, from our very first meeting in his ability to get the house sold! Mr. Fonte and his team of associates did not disappoint me. They continuously advised me of everything that I should do and everything that I needed to know, along the way. I received the sale price that I wanted within the time frame that I was looking for, with zero bumps in the road! His professional guidance through the entire process, made a potentially stressful time go seemingly unnoticed. Looking back, I am positive that I made the right decision to hire Dominic as my listing agent. I could not recommend him any higher to anyone selling their home.

I would highly recommend Dominic to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dominic and his team are outstanding! When we sat down with him to discuss all the things we were looking for in a home he paired us up with Roman Smith. I being a first time home owner was very skeptical about the whole process but Dominic and Roman both made sure I knew what each part of the process meant and how it was handled. Buying a home with Dominic and his team was so easy and painless. I would recommend them a million times over to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Dominic Fonte and his buyers agent, Megan Phillips, was the absolute best! They were both extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and responsive throughout my home searching process. I would receive an email from the MLS, text Megan, and she would have a showing set up for us all within a few hours. Megan understood the urgency of the market (and our excitement) and went above and beyond to move as quickly as she could so that we didnt miss out on an opportunity. ZillowVERIFIED Dominic and his team were a welled oiled machine with their knowledge of the marketplace, research for our individual needs, continual follow up and the final guidance through the purchase process of buying our new home. A TEAM is what we received working with Dominic. His office staff, his realtors, and the Cutler team in the building are all professionals and well schooled in their individual specialties. However, it is all the personal touches they provide that make the buying experience less stressful and enjoyable. Each know who you are when you call and treat you not only with respect but with sincere caring for your needs. Megan Phillips was the realtor who we worked with day to day. She met us at the door of the first home we looked at with a genuine smile and thorough knowledge about the home she represented. Megan continued to be there for us to provide accurate answers to our questions and helped to keep us focused on our particular needs for the house selection. We never felt like a number to any of Dominics staff. Megan, Julie, Katrina and Dominic were the people we worked with personally. Someone was always available to us to help with questions and/or suggest solutions. We have sold and bought houses with Dominic in the past and have been more than satisfied. He has been in this marketplace for years and continues to grow because he understands and delivers excellent customer service to his clients. Once again we are impressed and thankful for the service we received.
