ZillowVERIFIED Dollie Means is AMAZING! Before listing, she came into my home and was brutally honest about the work I needed to do prior to listing the home if I wanted to sell. Dollie was extremely thorough and detailed in her inspection. Personally, I was not too keen about doing everything on her suggested list. HOWEVER, I did. And guess what? MY HOME SOLD IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! Further, I sold it at my asking price...full offer! Since then and due to her professionalism and expertise, we have used Dollie in the purchase of other properties. She is our go to realtor. I highly recommend her and you will be pleased with her ethical and moral compass, as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Dollie was very involved and motivated in finding me the house that was meeting my requirements. I had a pretty short window to get my house & make the move. Dollie did so much to keep the progress happening so that I was able to close & move within my time frame. She was always available & helpful, even after closing she did additional things to make my new home experience better. I really don't know what more she could have done, beyond everything she did do!!
