ZillowVERIFIED My family and I moved from California to Iowa and worked with Shawn and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. He went above and beyond to work with us and really explained everything we needed to know. Any questions we had were answered honestly and I would 100 percent recommend Shawn. He made our home buying experience fun and easy, especially working with us being in California. I will absolutely work with Mr. Wilkins again in the future when buying more property. He is the one you want to go to!

ZillowVERIFIED Could not have asked for a better realtor. He was beyond helpful as a first time home buyer. Knowledgeable in all of the questions we had and was very timely about getting us any info we needed. He was incredibly accommodating with our schedules when showing the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was incredible. Constantly staying in touch with me from start to finish. He asked about my interests in a home and what I was looking for and he would send me multiple homes until we found the perfect home for us. If I could give a higher star rating I would! 100% recommend reaching out to Shawn Wilkins when you are looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Dodie is the best! Her and her staff did an amazing job selling my house. From the beginning, Dodie was very honest and a go getter! She definitely works hard for her clients and makes them feel like family. From the beginning to closing, I felt like I was in great hands and they were ALL on the ball! They're definitely the best in the industry and I'd recommend them to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from California and our California Realtor recommended Dodie. Dodie was extremely helpful in finding us a house. Our house in California was already in escrow and she gave us her unlimited time to look and find a house to our size and style while in Iowa. When we returned to California we kept in touch by phone and email. Dodie gave us important information in the area regarding locations, addresses and phone numbers for police, utilities and much more. Dodie and her staff were the best and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home or land.
