Dmitri has helped me buy my first home! I went into this not knowing much about the process. But he broke everything down and made sure we remained on the same page and he was always open for text/ calls which was very suitable... for 2021:). He remained very professional but he also got the chance to get and know me. Which had enormous value; Especially that I'm new to the area. He made a stressful process less stressful. Overall amazing guy with beneficial qualities.

Can't say enough great things about the experience and service Dmitri provided. He sold our home within 2 weeks and helped us find our dream home in that same time frame! He always got back to me on my questions within 24 hours and was very knowledge and explained things to me in an easy to understand way. Not only was he very professional and a joy to work with he went above and beyond in services that he offers that no other realtor does such as the WISE buy for selling your home and being present for inspections when buying a home. If you are looking to buy or sell he is the guy to reach out to to get the job done! Thanks again Dmitri!

Selling a retail business on North Main St in Waupaca wasn't easy but Dmitri went the extra mile to make it happen. He advertised and held open houses, he created a floor plan for the property, he made property fliers and binders, and he produced a Facebook live video tour. After we accepted an offer and the buyers, their agent and their agent's broker tried to push us around, Dmitri made sure we understood our rights and he and his team fought for us and won. We are glad we chose Dmitri to sell our property! Thank you Dmitri!!!

Dmitri is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Professional, respectful, didn't try and push us towards homes we didn't want. Went after the best us for our family and helped make our dream home come true

Dmitri went beyond for me. When there weren't any homes on the market that I liked, he sent out a few hundred postcards asking if anyone would sell their home. When I had a home under contract and the seller refused to fix some hardware issues with the garage door, Dmitri stopped over after closing and fixed it himself. He even paid for a home warranty on my new home!

Dmitri was the most organized realtor I've worked with. He was on top of every part of the transaction and was very "by the book". Communication was an A+.. I was never guessing where we were at with the purchase.

Dmitri had been recommended to us last year, when we first felt it was time to stop renting and apply for a loan to buy a home. We called him when we saw a house we liked and were looking to check out the interior. He immediately called the listing realtor and was told that an offer had already been accepted, so we lost out on that house. But Dmitri really went the extra mile for us, he kept monitoring the MLS for the community where we wanted to live, and the very next morning he called to tell us that a similar home had just been listed and he had already made an appointment for us to see the place that afternoon! He drove the two hours to meet us there, we loved the place, just what we were looking for and at a great price, so he put the offer in for us immediately and it was accepted within a couple of days. Dmitri literally went the extra miles for us, and we would recommend him to anyone even thinking of buying a house.

Dmitri has helped us buy three properties over the past few years . He is expert in his strategies , is willing to present offers that may not be the asking price , but are normally with few or no contingencies . Dmitri is an expert , yet subtle negotiator , and keeps all parties happy with a steady flow of correct information . Dmitri makes an excellent representative when buying homes . We look forward to working with him in the future as needs arise .

We enjoyed every aspect of selling our home with Dmitri Martin's help. We ended up selling for a higher price and in less time on the market than comparable homes in our price range. That impressed us because our home was the nicest house in the neighborhood and uphill from a well-used railroad tracks. We also liked that Dmitri paid for a pre-listing home inspection, helped us locate a handyman, and paid a certified home stager to consult with us. In addition, he paid for a professional photographer/videographer to create a video tour, paid for a home warranty, and produced a floor plan of our home. We also liked the property flyers and info booklets he provided for our showings with potential buyers. In short, Dmitri is a personable, detail-oriented pro.

I found Dmitri to be an honest and friendly guy. He's very knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling houses. Although he hasn't been at it very long, joining the Keller Williams group gives him the expertise and resources to have a successful experience for all involved.

Dmitri , did what we needed - one showing , one walk through , one offer . Accepted immediately . Great realtor , good seller . Nice little place . Dmitri was very attentive , spent a couple of hours helping identify a water heater problem . Also worked well with the seller to resolve a few questions .
