Our friends & colleagues had talked about this being a difficult experience. With DJ, it was not. DJ is a well spoken, thoughtful individual. He takes his time and processes clearly transactions and interactions on your behalf. I can get overexcited and careless at times. I think DJ talked me out of more homes than he talked me in to. Saving us years of future headaches.While DJ IS a fantastic salesman, I do not think this is how I'd best describe him. DJ is less of a salesman and more of a home-buying partner and advisor. ZillowVERIFIED DJ is the BEST realtor! We got linked up with DJ through our mortgage company. We were first time homebuyers and really had no idea what to expect through this process. We were so grateful to have DJ on our side guiding us through. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. At every house we looked at, he really examined all of the things "behind the scenes" (pipes, roof, basement, structure, etc.) and has great knowledge about the added expenses we would need to consider if we were to buy a house that had any issues. We truly felt that he was really wanting the best for us (not just trying to quickly make money) and that we could really trust him and his opinions. DJ was extremely patient with us (we never felt any pressure) and really listened to our wants and needs. He spent a lot of time with us just being a sounding board as we anxiously talked through the pros and cons of each house. He kindly helped us keep a realistic mind about the market and what we could get for our budget. In the end, DJ's excellent communication and negotiating skills got us into a beautiful house for 25K under asking price in this crazy market where so many deals end up in bidding wars. ZillowVERIFIED DJ is a superstar real estate agent. He has a thorough and responsive approach that makes working with him a pleasure. He started out helping us determine what type of home and what neighborhoods best suited us. Once we narrowed down our search, he hit the ground running, taking us to listings every week all over the greater Boston area. During the visits, DJ put on his home inspection hat and analyzed the upsides and downsides with each of the properties. He was very knowledgeable regarding home construction and maintenance, and helped us schematize plans for renovation at the prospective homes. Once we identified candidate homes that we liked, DJ flexed his muscles in analyzing and negotiating real estate deals. He was able to get 2 (out of 2) of our offers accepted, both significantly below market, which is unheard of in the greater Boston area. Both properties appraised well above the purchase price, and we ultimately closed on a great property in a fantastic neighborhood. I would highly recommend DJ if you are interested in real estate investing and multi-family homes, as that is where his acumen really shines.

ZillowVERIFIED Best Real Estate Agent to work with!! My husband and I recently bout a house through DJ. This was our first time buying and DJ made the whole process stress free.We started looking at properties last year, nothing aggressive more passively. We saw a property online that we liked and it said aEUR~call agent now, so I clicked on that button and luckily for us DJ answered on the other end. We made an appointment with him and met at a local Starbucks. I was not expecting much from the first meet honestly (based on our previous experience with some other real estate agents we had met). Except DJ exceeded our expectations, he showed up fully prepared with comparables for different towns, school ratings, Real estate growth and projections. We walked away totally impressed and feeling comfortable that we wanted to work with him. It showed he had passion for his job and he wasnt just looking to close a quick deal, which he also proved throughout months of house hunting. He was never pushy, he would walk in the house with us and he would point out what we need to look for. If its a repair that we could handle or not. He was very patient with every question that we had, he became our go to guy and seek his advice for every step. Finally we found a house that we completely fell in love with and at that moment it was completely unavailable. Our persistency to see the house even when it was unavailable and we were fully aware of it never bothered DJ (which honestly if it was any other RE Agent would have found it completely annoying and bothersome). Months after, the owner finally allowed property viewings and we were able to make an offer aEUR" again with DJs guidance and advice. Buying a house can be a stressful process (or so Ive heard) but with DJs guidance and together with our mortgage broker, made the process completely seamless. DJ was even contacting and setting up appointment with contractors that he had used in the past. We were very happy with DJ, we highly recommend DJ to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent whos not only professional but courteous, attentive and highly knowledgeable. Were already looking forward to purchasing our next property with DJ!!

I originally found him through a posting for an apartment, and he took the time to actually get to know us and our situation. During the apartment hunt (which was very off-season), he actually showed us how buying a home could be a more possible than we thought. He showed us a few houses, he got us linked up with a lender very quickly and easily, and we went through the approval process for a mortgage on one we really liked. We didn't end up making an offer at that time, but his knowledge of the process and the next steps was excellent. At no time did he pressure us, and when we told him we wouldn't make an offer and just wanted to stick to an apartment for the time being, he immediately went to work and found us an incredible deal on our current apartment. We will likely stay in this apartment until we give DJ a ring one of these days to go house hunting for real this time!
