ZillowVERIFIEDI met with DJ on April 18 to get my home listed on April 20. He was very helpful with answering any questions I had regarding the process. He immediately got the ball rolling to get this process started. On Wednesday, April 22 I had a buyer!! We closed on June 5, 2020. I couldn't be happier with all he had done for me. I would highly and without a doubt recommend this man to anyone looking to buy or sell.
ZillowVERIFIEDDJ was wonderful to work with. Buying AND selling a house at the same time is stressful! We had some bumps along the way, but he helped us through each step with ease. We could not have asked for a better realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDI've been fortunate enough to know DJ for over 20 years now so when it came time to sell my home choosing DJ was a no brainer! He is personable, thorough, incredibly knowledgable, reliable, honest, and constantly went above and beyond by making himself available to me no matter time, day or night. Personally, I felt stress free throughout the entire process because all my questions were answered and everything went smoothly... in fact my house was under contract within 7 days with nearly a full ask offer!I can't recommend DJ Fidler as your realtor enough. You'll have the comfort of knowing that there is someone who is always advocating for your best interest and who will always do the right thing. Seriously, one of the professional decisions I have made was to go with DJ - he proved to be a true expert.
