ZillowVERIFIEDDJ was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made it a point to be at every showing with us and was available whenever we needed her . It was a difficult transaction, but she worked as hard as she could with both sides to make it possible for us to get the home we wanted! She was extremely knowledgeable about the market . I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Dj was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She worked tirelessly for us and got us our dream home. She was with us throughout the whole process and answered any and all questions we had and then some. It was our first home purchase and I honestly couldnt be any happier that we had Dj throughout the whole process. She even had her own guys for our inspections which was awesome and they were all great too. She made the process a breeze for us. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Connecticut. 5 stars!!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ was always very accommodating, meeting us at many different towns all over northeastern CT and even in a town far from her office. She was always quick to warn us of each properties pros and cons. Appreciate her professional demeanor, knowledge & expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED DJ was awesome! She got us in to view every house we wanted, even on last minute request. When it came time to put an offer down, she helped us come up with a unique offer that very day. It wound up being the offer that the seller accepted and it was the very first home we put an offer on! She is such a dedicated realtor and has so much knowledge that was so important to us as first time home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED DJ Dube was fantastic. The housing market was on fire in the early part of covid, every house we liked was flying off the market. DJ was very responsive, and though she was busy, it didnt feel like it to us. She made us feel like a priority. On top of that, she was very experienced and qualified. For first time homebuyers like me, that was huge. She didnt say every house was the one for us. She pointed out potential issues, and gave great advice. We wanted to close quick, and she got it done impressively fast. 10/10.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend DJ's services. As a first time home buyer and then seller, it was a great experience working with DJ. Very knowledgable and organized during both the buying and selling process. Always a call/text/email away with a timely response. Could not have been more satisfied with the process and results.

ZillowVERIFIED DJ did an amazing job for me selling a unique home that needed the right buyer and she helped navigate the whole process flawlessly in conjuction with getting me the best overall financial outcome. She then assisted me years later with buying a HUD foreclosure which had a consistent set of setbacks, on top of trying to deal with the government red tape and ridiculous rules, timelines. If it wasn't for her knowledge, hard work, constant follow up, and determination, I don't think the deal would have ever got to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Dj was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Especially with my solar PV system. She understood the benefits to owning that system versus leasing it and reflected that in the appraisal and sale of my home! From staging to the photos, everything was superb! We were on the market for 3 days!! Id recommend Dj Dube to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED After researching some other realtors and had been recommended to work with her, we decided to choose DJ! Without a doubt we obviously made the right choice. As first time home buyers we were clearly new to this whole thing but she was patient with us and she answered all the questions we threw at her with little to no hesitation. She was always looking out for what WE wanted! She was fast with responses and was able to negotiate with the sellers almost everything we were asking for. She was by far the most qualified and just overall an amazing woman to work with. We will now be happily living in our first home in Ellington for one year as of November 27th 2019!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ helped us find the perfect apartment. She was quick to respond and gave us great options in our budget. We were having trouble finding a place because we had a cat and she made the process so much easier than doing it on our own. She negotiated on our behalf and made sure we were given a fair deal. We will definitely be reaching out to her once we are ready to buy our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ is the best! She helped our daughter in her initial search for a home; even though that didnt work out, we recognized DJs professionalism and knowledge. Since our first encounter with DJ, she has found us a perfect summer rental, helped our daughters purchase their home and then helped us acquire our dream of a water property! DJ is professional, knowledgeable and tough when she needs to be. She was also very calming when we needed a calming presence and helped us through the process as seamlessly as possible! We highly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us during the house buying process. Not only did she drive to us, not exactly near her typical listing area but we were also able to close on our house in about 3 weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have worked with DJ on 2 occasions now. Our first time working with her we sold our first home in 2017. We reconnected with her during the spring of 2019 to locate and purchase our new home. We closed on July 2nd. She was with us every step of the way, giving us timely recommendations to help sell our first home. It was such a great experience that when we decided to buy again, no other realtor would be considered! Thanks DJ!!!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ did a wonderful job in helping us find our perfect home. She walked us through all the steps so nothing would be a surprise. She was also on top of all the inspections. Both my husband and I liked DJ the instant we met her and I have to say to this day we still keep in touch. I would have no problem recommending her to anyone looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED DJ was amazing during our home buying experience. Not only were we her clients but she made us feel like her friend or family member in the whole process. She gave us her personal insight, tips, I'd she felt that a home was not worth us buying as our first home she let us know. It made us feel like she truly cared for our best interests! I have recommended her to many of my friends, and she continues to stay in touch almost 2 years after us buying our home.

ZillowVERIFIED DJ was wonderful during our search to find a new home. She was honest and upfront about any challenges the house might present, she caught little details that might otherwise be overlooked, and was super accommodating to our hectic schedules. She always found time to show us a new home when it went up, and was quick to set up a showing so we didnt miss out on a great property. She communicated openly and often so we were always up to date on what was happening, throughout the whole process. She didnt back down from any trouble we faced, rather she was proactive and professional in handling it for us and made sure that no box was left unchecked. She was always on top of her game and never left us out of the loop. House hunting can be a daunting and frustrating process, but DJ really went above and beyond in making it a fun and exciting adventure for us to take on together. Whatever you need, she makes it happen, no matter what!

ZillowVERIFIED DJ sold my home and was top notch throughout the entire process, in fact we had an accepted offer within 3 days! The photos were fantastic and her knowledge throughout the process was second to none. When there was an issue she had it handled within a couple of hours when I thought it would take days. I highly recommend DJ, A+!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with DJ is always amazing she repeatedly finds great reliable tenants for my condo. Sometimes she rents it out so fast that I barely have time to clean it up for the next renters. She has rented my condo about four times since 2014 and every time I am impressed with her level of professionalism and attentiveness.
