ZillowVERIFIEDDirk and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked with them to find a new home and sell our current home, and they were always very organized and knowledgable about the nuances and specificities of the market. I'm confident that Dirk's intuition and insights into how and when to list our home resulted in the best outcome we could've hoped for. In addition to the expertise you gain when working with him, Dirk genuinely cares about you, your family, and the process of finding a great house that's the perfect fit. Thanks so much Dirk & team!

ZillowVERIFIED Dirk and his team made me feel like I was their only client, even though I KNOW that was not the case. In this crazy market and during a difficult transition for my kids and I, Dirk and his team handled the sale of my home, and the purchase of my new home, with grace, patience, knowledge, and solid, timely communication. He helped me find THE PERFECT home after showing me many different ones, and helped me find just the right buyers after a few offers. I will recommend Dirk and his team to anyone looking to buy OR sell their home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be more pleased with Dirk Stone and his team. Every aspect of the marketing was superb, from the MLS listing with state of the art features. Dirk kept us well informed during the entire process and always responded promptly to our questions. The house sold within a short time and he continued to assist with the closing components in the same professional manner. Additionally, Dirk provided referrals for reliable moving services. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling. We've previously sold six other homes in other states and this is by far the best realtor experience!

ZillowVERIFIED My situation put Dirk to the test and he delivered FAR beyond my expectations. I had lost my wife and a move was necessary to transition to the next chapter of my life. I tasked Dirk with finding me a specific type of residence in downtown Grand Rapids and nearly at the same time sell my home in Holland. What I thought would be impossible became real in very short order. Thanks to his vast knowledge of the market, his dedication and his experience he found me the perfect new home and sold my Holland residence in 4 days. I have raved about Dirk to my friends and family and wouldnt consider referring to any other realtor but Dirk.

ZillowVERIFIED As buyers, we met Dirk as the sellers listing agent, and gladly utilized him to work through the buying process. Never did I doubt his managing of both parties' interest which is important during this type of process. This transaction was for a second home, a Lake Michigan cottage. This brings a whole other set of nuisances into the equation that Dirk managed through wonderfully for us. Both buyer and seller were located out of state. Dirk and his team are now on my short list to lean on in my future real estate projects in the western Michigan area!

ZillowVERIFIED Dirk Stone and his team went above and beyond in selling our home. Dirk had posted a virtual tour of our home along with aerial shots of our home and the surrounding area. Additionally, he made himself available each time we had a scheduled showing of our home. How many realtors would even consider doing that?He is extremely professional and honest and works tirelessly to promote and sell your home. . Our home sold quickly and for near asking price. If you want to sell your home quickly. Call Dirk Stone and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED During these difficult Covid times, one could hardly expect that it would be easy to find the right buyer for our mothers house, yet Bekah found ways to get our house on the market in a timely manner and get it sold! She made sure that we understood the process and kept us informed every step of the way. She able to answer our questions almost before we knew to ask them. We are VERY happy with Bekah, and Dirk, and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a knowledgeable, friendly realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Bekah and Dirk were AMAZING! They gave great advice and got our house on the market ASAP and listed at a great price. We had a big curve ball thrown at us due to the COVID-19 pandemic during our sale/purchase of new house, but they were on our side 100% of the time. Everyone they recommended (loan officer and home inspector) was also amazing. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else on our side for this and SO GLAD we had the team at @HomeRealty

ZillowVERIFIED We are a military family who has moved 14 times in our career, so we know a professional when we see them. Dirk went above and beyond in showing us different homes, in different areas. Being in the building trade- Dirk educated us about building aspects- we knew nothing about. He advised us on taxes, school zones, infrastructure, etc... Being from Grand Haven, he is so well versed and really cares on what is best for his clients. There were 4 offers on our house and Dirk implemented a strategy that was successful in purchasing our home! Oh and during the process; we were out of the country with a 14 hour time difference- he was always able to connect with us ! Truly, this is your realtor for Western Michigan. No question!

ZillowVERIFIED Bekah with Dirk Stone Home Realty performed in a timely manner to get our house on the market and assess the competitive market conditions by recommending we list the house now instead of waiting until Spring time. She also provided us with updates for open houses and gave us counseling throughout the listing process. She is someone you want on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED IMPRESSED Honest realtors with integrity and a knowledge of the market that is second to none. Dirk knew exactly what to do and when to do it from day one. From start to finish the sale of our home could not of gone any better. Dirk and Bekah were there through the whole experience planning every detail, answering every question. With all the stresses of selling a home I always felt like we were in the best of hands. I personally could not give them a high enough rating. Thanks So Much!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dirk was with us from the beginning to the end of our home buying experience. He explained everything in detail, guided us through all of the many confusing steps that are required for buying a home, and made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. Dirk advocated for us by ensuring that we got a good price for our house, that our family got everything we needed, and even made sure our water was healthy for us to drink. Dirk knows everyone, has a huge network that he works with, does his research, is very thorough and has so much knowledge about all aspects of real estate that anyone who didn't use Dirk and his team as their realtor would be crazy. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to work with him and watch him be as passionate about our new home as we are.

ZillowVERIFIED As a former Real Estate Agent, I would highly recommend Dirk and his team. They are great to work with. When problems with the deal occurred (no fault of Dirk), Dirk and his team went above and beyond to solve them. As a buyer, his due diligence saved us a lot of money by catching a costly repair that everyone else missed. We have since referred two immediate family members to Dirk and they had the same great experience that we had.
