ZillowVERIFIED Relocating internationally can be a huge task. Dipo was referred to me by another realtor friend, as I am relocating from Australia, back to the United States after 5 years. I have never lived in the city, and needed someone who was overly familiar with the "hot spots". I gave Dipo my "wish list". Within 2 hours, Dipo had contacted 4 buildings, secured back-to-back meetings, all with only a few days notice. ZillowVERIFIED Dipo was great, he emailed me new apartments everyday to look at, and was very accommodating when it was time to personally go see the the ones I chose. Once I decided great new place, he continuously tried negotiating a lower rent, and everything else that goes along with that process. I was informed of everything that went on, as it was happening. Once I was approved and signed the lease, he still even checked up on me to see how the packing was going, and making sure everything was still okay!
