My parents owned the house since 1967 and did not update anything!! We did everything on Dions recommended punch list & got a purchase agreement above the appraisal, the 1st weekend. Dion was extremely emphatic & understanding as it was an emotional estate sale, as my mom passed away in 2022 and my dad passed in December 2023.
