ZillowVERIFIEDDina was wonderful to work with. She is absolutely the best in the business. She works hard to make sure you get the house you want. I would call or text and she was always there to answer the phone or respond to my text no matter what time of day or night it was to answer all my many questions I had. I highly recommend Dina as you will not find a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina Wilton is an overall outstanding realtor. From the first day,l to the last, she is prompt, professional, and actually cares about the deal you are getting. Most realtors only see you as a sale, and nothing less. They dont care about whats best for you. Dina does, and will make sure she meets all the concerns you have. She stands up for you in the business transaction and does not back down. Thank you again Dina for being an all star when it comes to real estate!

ZillowVERIFIED Dina helped me move forward with my Uncles estate. She appreciated the work we had done to clean it up and valued the home in a way that was fair to all. I found her to be very easy to talk to and work with to get any concerns answered quickly. I will be working with her soon on another real estate project.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina was an amazing real estate agent to work with on all levels. She took time to truly understood what our family was looking for and showed us homes that reflected our criteria. It was beyond helpful to have a local market expert like Dina on our side. She provided extensive comps in the areas to ensure we were making a financially sound decision. The area we initially thought we wanted to live didn't provide everything we wanted within our budget, so her outside the box thinking to consider a couple other areas, turned out to be the best suggestion. We checked off every box on our list and bought our dream home with Dina's help. We captured instant equity buy getting an amazing deal and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience buying a home.Thank you Dina!

ZillowVERIFIED Dina was very patient and very caring and kept my hopes up when I wanted to give up on the search for our new home. It was such a hard time for me to get to the point to be qualified to purchase a home and Dina stood by me. Now my family and I are enjoying our home in every little aspect. I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest and will work extra hard for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Dina Wilton by chance when we were looking to buy a place in Sacramento in 2009. She spent a lot of time with us finding the "right" one. It was a foreclosure... Lots of back & forth with the bank. We were in the middle of major wedding plans, etc but she was patient with us and MADE IT HAPPEN! Then hubby got transferred to TX and the first phone call was to Dina as we considered her family. No question that we would have her now sell our home. Again, overcoming all kinds of obstacles, she made it happen again!!! She is so wonderful in do many ways, you'll be blessed to have her as your agent. I want her to move to TX!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dina is the most amazing realtor! She began as a customer and never even advertised that she was a realtor until I asked her for a business card to keep in touch! She listed our condo, sold it in 4 days from the active listing and made the process extremely simple! She is now our buying agent in our first starter home and we couldn't be more happy to work with someone who is genuine and, without a doubt, trustworthy.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want someone that will always put you first, I would highly recommend Dina Wilton. She worked tirelessly for us to get the home that we wanted. Our recent home purchase was not an easy process for any one involved (it was a short sale), but Dina was always there to calm me down during the process. There were many days that I was ready to give up and she put my mind at rest, assuring me that she would handle everything for us and we would get the outcome that we desired. Dina is an amazing agent that will do everything possible to get you the home that you want.
