ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could give Dina a sixth star I would. We found a new home in Idaho and had to be under contract with our current home within 30 days. I had spoken with Dina previously and found her to be very communicative and she seemed very knowledgeable so I contacted her with our requirements. She immediately helped us decide how to price, stage, and market our property which she said would help sell it quickly. We set a price which I thought very fair to us and would attract buyers. With her help we were under contract in less than 7 days receiving 3 offers in the process. After going through the final completion of selling our home I can say Dina truly earned her commission by her constant communication with us and immediately getting back to me when I had any question. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home because of her honesty, professionalism, and general great demeanor with us and our potential buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Dina to find the perfect home. She was quick to respond to every question we had. Showing homes quickly also. She made the whole process easy and was always looking out for us as we made this home buying journey. We were located in a different state during the process and were away most of the time, but knowing she was honest and reliable made it easier. We will definitely be using Dina whenever we have real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina is simply outstanding. She initially helped us purchase our home, and more recently helped us sell it. In the interim, she stayed in touch through the years and built a further rapport - she is truly dedicated to her clients. On an interpersonal level, she is considerate, thoughtful, and kind. She pays attention to the fine details and the bigger picture in both the buying and selling process - a rare skill that not many have. She is fair, knowledgeable and presents facts, as well as, a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide through the process. She is excellent at negotiations, and considers each possibility through an insightful lens. Dina goes above and beyond with each and every challenge, for buying and selling, she is an ally and an asset. She is the best realtor we could have hoped to have. We recommend her so highly and enthusiastically.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose to use Dina because my husband had worked with her as a Realtor several years ago. When it came time to sell our house, Dina was the first agent we even thought of contacting! Our house sale turned out to be anything but easy, mainly because of difficult buyers. However, Dina kept on top of things throughout the entire transaction and was able to get us the selling price we wanted. The ultimate compliment I can give Dina is that we would definitely call her again for any of our real estate needs in the Inland Empire. We feel we could not have had a better agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I purchased a home in Fontana, CA about 2 years ago. Dina Romero was the listing agent. She was amazing, she helped us through the process as both the listing agent, and at times doubling as the buying agent as well. She was extremely helpful with paper work and helped guide us in the right direction. She was very generous and very caring with her time, and was always available to help answer any questions we had. I definitely recommend Mrs. Romero 200% to anyone that is interested in buying, selling or investing. Her morals for Real-Estate are strong, she stands by her work and show's tremendous dedication to helping others. I strongly believe she is one of the last honest, helpful Realtors out there. I appreciate it even more, that on a monthly basis we still receive all mailers for updates on the Market, Holiday greetings and News updates. She really knows how to make a home buyer feel safe, secure and confident in their home purchase. So again, I give tremendous gratitude to Mrs. Dina Romero for the fine work she has done, is doing and will continue to do. Thank You, Dina for all the support and effort you gave to my husband and I (Terry and Talaia).
