We had the pleasure of working with Dina Knaak to sell our Ocean Shores home when we had to relocate. We had previously listed our house with another local realtor that did not meet our expectations for partnership and communication. We approached a realtor contact from another city asking for advice, and he recommended Dina. After receiving his recommendation, we found out that friends of ours had also recently used Dina to sell their home, and also highly recommended her. After our first initial conversation with Dina, we knew were in great hands this time. After our initial discussion, even before we had officially listed, she was in regular contact with us. She drove by the house after winter storms to check on the exterior and contacted us with reassurance that everything on the property was OK, because she knew we were no longer living in the Ocean Shores area. This was without us asking her to, even before we had finalized the listing with her. Dina really helped us in the selling of our home. She sat down with us and talked about what we wanted out of the sale, and the best way to accomplish that given the current housing market.
