ZillowVERIFIED We moved from California to Tennessee. We were able to get in touch with Dimitri through Zillow. He showed us 3 amazing homes and decided on one and was under contract in less than 2 days. He was able to negotiate a great price for us. We were just unfamiliar with the market here. He educated us so well on what we need to get it done.

ZillowVERIFIED He handled everything. I couldn't imagine working with someone that could have walked us through the process in a better way. He truly understands the local market and helped us through repairs.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Dimitri form the Matt Ward Group. He was a pleasure to work with. He actually listened to our needs and wants. We searched for homes but couldn't quite find anything that fits ya. But he gave us a list of homes that fit the criteria we discussed. Would recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Dimitri Deligiannis for the purchase of our first home and could not have asked for a better experience. Dimitri took the time to meet with my husband and I to fully understand our needs and wants. He made what seemed to be an intimidating process, easy and informative. He always responded to all of our (many) questions with patience and always had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend Dimitri to anyone looking to buy a new house!

ZillowVERIFIED Dimitri and the Matt Ward Group are the most professional group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their knowledge of the Nashville market is more than we could have asked for. Would highly recommend them to my closest friends and family.
