ZillowVERIFIEDThe Kirsch Team, and especially Dilyn provided a great home buying experience! As a first time homebuyer, Dilyn walked me through the buying process and answered my questions. He gave me good advice on the market, what repairs a house may need, and what to offer. He was always available, and the whole team was great at accommodating my schedule. During negotiations with the seller he ensured we got the most value, and post closing has been helpful with questions I continue to have. I highly recommend the Kirsch team!

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn Rooker was exactly the real estate professional we needed. My husband and I traveled to Reno on an exploratory trip to determine whether it would be a good fit for our retirement, and although he knew we were also considering communities outside of Nevada, he treated us as though we were his most important clients. Dilyn spent nearly half a day with us, sharing his extensive knowledge of Reno's neighborhoods, answering every question we had, and helping us understand the unique character of each area. He even came prepared with printed, full-color property listings that made it easy to compare homes as we toured. What really set him apart was that his service didn't end when our appointment did. That evening, he texted us thoughtful recommendations for experiencing Reno like localsaEUR"from scenic mountain hiking trails to beautiful Lake Tahoe beaches and other must-see spots. It was such a generous touch and showed that he genuinely wanted us to get to know the area, not just buy a house. Dilyn is knowledgeable, patient, personable, and has a great sense of humor that made the entire experience enjoyable. He is the consummate professional, and we left Reno incredibly impressedaEUR"not only with the city, but with the exceptional service we received from Dilyn and the entire Kirsch Team. We are truly grateful for his time, expertise, and kindness, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Reno area.

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn was wonderful! He helped my husband and I buy our very first home and the experience could not have gone any better. He was professional, quick to respond, made himself available to us consistently even with other clients, and he made the home buying process as easy to understand as possible. He negotiated well with other agents to ensure we were getting a fair deal with repairs and credit. I highly recommend him and I hope hes in real estate long enough to continue working with us when we sell or even to refer to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Dilyn about a year ago at an open house while we were looking for an investment / second home in the Carson Valley. He was informative, energetic and patient. Fast forward to a year later when he listed our condo in Incline Village. We received an above-asking price offer the next day and we accepted it. Soon after we found our home in Minden. This was a 1031 exchange with contingencies. It wasn't a smooth ride, which was nothing to do with Dilyn or his team. He remained patient and always kept us informed with an air of calm. We finally closed on both places and the rest is history. We cannot thank Dilyn and his team enough for his tenacity, patience, and amazing professionalism throughout both transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED After unexpectedly selling my home, I was introduced to Dilyn as my realtor. Despite my initial shock and uncertainty, I quickly learned to trust him during this significant decision. From day one, Dilyn showed professionalism and reassured me of his trustworthiness. He took the time to explain every step of the process and clearly laid out my options, even when the truth was hard to hear. His honesty and transparency made a world of difference, and I felt informed and supported throughout the entire transaction. Dilyn wasnt just a realtor; he became someone I genuinely trusted and who cared about my feelings during the showing and selling process. I wholeheartedly recommend Dilyn for any realtor needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn is the BEST realtor with whom we've worked (and we've worked with quite a few all over the country). He's very knowledgeable, very resourceful, was extremely patient in our year long house hunting journey. He was (and continues to be) very supportive, and always willing to do whatever it took to answer our myriad questions. I recommend him very highly. If I could rate Dilyn even higher than 5 stars I would!

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn is an amazing realtor who got us over asking price on the house and sold it under a month. He is very professional, well organized and a great personality along with his expertise in recommendations and in constant communication with my wife and I . We needed to replace our appliances and the delivery was scheduled on a Saturday when we were out of town, and Dilyn was at the house for our delivery.

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn was amazing to work with and Id recommend him to anyone! He was so patient with us as we went back and forth on buying a home and even put in and then rescinded two offers. He never became frustrated with our indecisiveness and he clearly and honestly wanted the best for our growing family. Dilyn made himself available whenever we needed him and was so responsive, and he was able to get us our dream house for an amazing deal! Dilyn was so fun to work with while still remaining professional, and he works so hard to make sure his clients are taken care of! We loved working with Dilyn and would recommend working with him 10/10 times!

ZillowVERIFIED Truth be told I probably wasnt the easiest customer. But through the whole process. Dilyn stuck it through and helped me along. He also helped me even after the move and after things were signed up to help make sure that the transition process was as smooth as possible. He continued to go above and beyond and he helped with my crazy graveyard shift to get settled into a home. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED As my wife and I began the process of purchasing our first home, we were blessed to be connected with Dilyn. He took our search criteria and was constantly in touch with listings he felt were good matches. He also knows the area extremely well, which helped with finding a home that suited our needs best. We toured several listings with Dilyn but never felt he was getting frustrated with us. He always ensured us that his goal was to get us into the house that we absolutely loved, which is exactly what happened in the end. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, Dilyn made himself available at all hours of the day to answer any questions. He was with us for every step along the way. Never purchasing a home before and not knowing the process, he explained everything so clearly. During the negotiations, Dilyn had our backs fighting for and securing much needed repairs to make the home safe for us. We cannot imagine purchasing our home without Dilyn. Although the process can be stressful, he was our guiding light. He helped make a long-time dream of ours finally become reality. A nice bonus from all of this is that we've also come out of this with a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn did an excellent job selling our home. He gave us advice and suggestions on things to make it a smoother process. Dilyn was very helpful. Less than an hour after it was listed we had a request for a showing the next morning. We had an offer less than 12 hours after the listing was active. Dilyn knows the market and what people are looking for. Not one regret for answering and unknown caller this time.

ZillowVERIFIED Dilyn helped us purchase a home. He was very responsive and obtained all the information we asked for. He worked closely with us and our inspectors to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a fairly new agent, but has good backup. We would highly recommend Dilyn as either a buyer or seller agent.
