ZillowVERIFIED Recently we sold a home that my children's father lived in before he passed away. In the front yard were some plants growing vibrantly, which was unusual considering we'd never seen them there before. My intentions were to gather some of them as a memorial to their father, but the house sold so quickly that I didn't have a chance to. Low and behold, I get a call from Dietchi asking did I know about the plants. I told her yes and what I had intended to do; much to my surprise, she had already picked some for me and all four of my grown children! This is just a testament of the care and the lengths that her and this company will go to in order to give above quality service. They are excellent in business and integrity and I'm so glad our paths crossed.

ZillowVERIFIED I want to start off by saying that I do not trust very well...That I am the type of person constantly looking for the "con" in people's words and actions. With the current social and political climate, I find myself not believing in the goodness in people anymore...a pessimist for sure. Having said this, one could then understand the horror and anxiety I felt to have to trust someone to sell my mother's house in North Carolina while I live two thousand miles away. I am sure I said as much to Ms. Thomas from the out-start, who listened to my concerns and reassured me of her ability to deliver a satisfactory outcome. Well...selling my mother's house came with more complications than I initially understood...particularly being so far away. I was not prepared - but she was. She had to accommodate for several agencies who could not (for whatever reason) deliver their ends of the deals as promised. She changed lightbulbs and fixtures, found and negotiated with contractors for repairs, and even purchased needed items for the house (some out of her own pocket). This is truth. She stayed in constant communication with me, walked me through the details of what was happening, and answered (and sometimes re-answered) the many questions I had. Maybe all realtors do these things; I don't know. But what I do know is that that "satisfactory outcome" was delivered...as promised.

We then start to look at some of there work. Mrs Thomas and Mrs. Anderson made this really look like fun. We had meeting with the builder and Mrs. Thomas and Anderson insure nothing change unless we knew about it. I for one have never like being blind sided, tell me the good with the bad. ZillowVERIFIED Before arriving in Fayetteville, NC I contacted Dietchi Thomas via telephone and expressed my requirements for a house. She immediately (as in the same day) sent several properties that met my requirements. I am supper fussy and picky and rejected several (okay over 25 properties) but Dietchi NEVER showed exasperation. In fact, when I finally arrived in Fayetteville, I decided to rent an apartment while I continued to look for a property that aEURoespoke to me.aEUR? Incredibly, Dietchi even found me an apartment (she did not receive a commission)! So a year and many property visits later, l finally found aEURoethe one.aEUR? I was super excited to close, but Dietchi strongly recommended a home inspection and I am glad I listened because the A/C required a 2K dollar repair! The seller repaired the A/C, but if I did not get the inspection, then I would be responsible for the 2K A/C repair. Dietchi is patient, outgoing, and service oriented. She does not rush you to settle and is truly concerned about your long-term happiness even after signing the paper work. She even checked on me a year after the sell. #AWSOME!!!
