ZillowVERIFIEDThe day before our house was officially listed Diego had someone to look at our house. He pre-qualified all buyers before showing. Had multiple offers lined up 3 times. Had our house sold sooner than we expected. Was excellent in advising us in how to prepare the house for selling. If you hire him to sell your house you better start packing.
ZillowVERIFIEDI personally was disappointed at Diego and team. one Diego or team did not know the property taxes of the property, I signed the contract with one price of the property and taxes. it turned out to be a completely different deal. At the end 6 months later I ended up with no home and shared my whole life with them with no deal. Diego needs to learn the property and area before he introduces a home to a buyer. Dreams and hopes for a home that did not happened, all because we were misinformed.
