ZillowVERIFIED He helped me every step of the way to sell our home. So very knowledgeable and so willing to go the extra step to make me comfortable at a time I needed reassurance that I had made the right decision to sell our home. Very difficult time for me. He updates on how things are going. He is the person to trust and very helpful with all the questions you have. Always there when you need him. This is the second home he helped us sell. First person I contacted when I made the decision to look for a smaller place now. He is definitely the right person to call when you decide or sell or buy. Great person.

ZillowVERIFIED Dick helped me both sell my house and purchase a new property. Although I liked his professionalism and his personable approach, it was his work ethic that really stood out. Dick both marketed and negotiated both deals with a lot of energy and focus. He gave great advice and navigated me through the negotiations. He didn't just say that he was working for me - he really did work for me and ensured that I got the best deals possible. I highly recommend working with Dick if you plan to buy and sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I had an excellent experience with Dick and Andrea Helminiak. I felt like my condo sold quickly and for the price I was looking for!! Throughout the process I was kept up to date on everything going on, Showings, Open Houses, and feedback from potential buyers. Dick helped me purchase this condo almost 8 years ago, and my experience then was excellent, so there was no question when I was ready to sell it who I was going to call. I would highly recommend Dick and Andrea to anyone looking to buy or sell. The process went as smooth and stress free as possible. They are trustworthy, honest, extremely knowledgable, and get the job done!
