ZillowVERIFIED Dick Hahn just helped us with closing today, He was honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great new townhouse with an amazing water view that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to always answer any of our questions. Couple of times We sent him documents at night or early morning, he just jumped on it and went through with us page by page. During the final walk-through process, he helped us with the inspection for blue taping something we pointed it out. Richard Hahn was a professional and a punctual person! he was always showed up earlier than us with every appointment, he never lost his patience with us and helped us every step of the way, we really appreciate his help during the 3-month house purchasing, He is wonderful to work with!

Dick was so easy to get a hold of. He would respond quickly to questions and set up appointments to look at a house ASAP ( since many were going fast). If Dick had to ask the sellers a question ,we had , that was also done very timely. We love our new home Dick helped us secure.

At first I was skeptical on the initial selling price, thinking it might be on the market for a while and we would waste time and effort with reducing price, relisting, haggling, etc.., but Dick was spot on with his valuation and it sold rather quickly for more than I was expecting. He also did a fantastic job walking us through the process of the sale especially since we did most of it remotely. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts.
