    About Dianne Needle

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially in today's fast-paced Massachusetts market. Most people worry about making the wrong move, leaving money on the table, or finding an agent who truly listens. That's where I come in. I'm Dianne Needle, founder of The Needle Group, serving Sharon and the Greater Boston suburbs. My job isn't just to sell home, it's to guide people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and care. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in nearly every corner of the real estate world, from title work and mortgages to law and even foreclosure auctions. That experience taught me how every piece of a transaction fits together. When clients work with me, they don't just get a sales agent, they get a strategist, negotiator, and advocate who knows how to anticipate challenges before they arise. Since 2012, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, built a thriving seven-figure business, and trained other agents across the country to grow with integrity. My husband Bruce and I lead The Needle Group together, he specializes in helping buyers, while I focus on listings and education through my Seller Seminars for the community. What sets me apart isn't just market knowledge, it's connection. I believe every client deserves honesty, attention to detail, and a seamless experience. My goal is simple: when you close on your home, you feel proud, protected, and fully informed. Today, as part of Real Broker, I'm grateful to align with a company that values innovation, collaboration, and ownership, because when agents thrive, clients win too. If you're ready to sell, buy, or simply learn where to start, let's talk. I'd be honored to guide you home. Service Areas: Milton, Canton, Sharon, Norwood, Walpole, Needham, Dedham, Brookline, Westwood, and surrounding best Greater Boston suburbs. Specialties: Seller representation, move-up buyers, downsizing, first-time buyers, real estate education, agent mentorship.

    Community Involvement
We love supporting our community in every way we can. Bruce has volunteered as a youth sports coach for over 30 years and currently serves as Vice President of the Sharon High Boosters Club. He also led Sharon Travel Basketball for four years, helping to grow the program for local athletes. Together, we proudly sponsor local sports teams, the annual Sharon July 4th Fireworks celebration over the lake, and community events like Sharon Day and Sharon Children's Business Fair. I'm also honored to serve on the Sharon Planning Board, an elected position that allows me to give back and help shape the future of our town. Community isn't just where we live, it's who we are.
    HOBBIES/INTEREST
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Bruce and our family, exploring new restaurants, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors around Cape Cod. I also love working out, personal development books, learning new strategies to help agents grow, and sharing real estate tips on social media.
    FAMILY
I'm married to my husband, Bruce, my partner in both life and business. We've been working together in real estate since 2018 and still joke about our "date nights" at open houses. Family means everything to us, and we love helping other families start the next chapter of their story here in the best Boston suburbs.

    Answered Questions

How much can I spend on a house?

That's a really smart question and one I hear often from homebuyers across the Boston suburbs. Getting pre-approved is a great first step, but lenders usually approve you for the maximum amount you qualify for on paper, not necessarily what's comfortable for your lifestyle. To figure out how much you can really afford, start by looking at your monthly budget, not just the loan amount. Consider what you want left over after paying your mortgage, property taxes, insurance, and utilities: things like savings, travel, or kids' activities. Many of our clients in Sharon, Canton, and Milton, MA choose to buy well below their pre-approval so they can live comfortably and still enjoy their home. I always recommend working with both your Realtor and lender to run different " what-ifaEUR? scenarios for example, what would your payment look like if you spent $50,000 less? Understanding that range helps you buy with confidence and peace of mind.
