I had found a home on my own and was all ready to make an offer, but Dianne discouraged me because she felt the home was overpriced and in the wrong neighborhood for me as it was too far from work. She was right. In just a few weeks we had found the perfect home, which cost even less! Her husband Bruce did all the negotiating with the owners on the necessary repairs and got everything done quickly and with no nonsense. They have a great network and know which mortgage brokers, attorneys, and repair people to use. I closed on the house today and could not be happier with their services. I recommend both of them highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like you to know that I have been searching for a home for over 10 years. I meant Bruce in a professional setting. He and Dianne got my husband and I the home that we have been looking for. I had given up looking for home I started refurbishing our home. It was not out of the blue because he promised me that he would find me the home that I wanted. We are so happy in this home my husband loves it my mother loves it and my children and grandchildren loves it. Bruce and Diane went to bat for us. They did everything to make sure the home was in move-in condition for us without anything for us to do. I could not have asked for a more professional couple and such a friendly and down-to-earth couple to help us on this endeavor to our next move. Now of course after 40 years and one home it was hard to get everything in here I'm still working on it but we are so happy and I new location. I thank you Bruce I thank you Diane for all that you have done. If you need someone to guide you along the way to the most important purchase of your lifetime you need to have Bruce and Diane Milner. My grandchildren are so looking forward to Christmas here. I can put the three Christmas trees up that I want to. Again thank you Bruce and Diane you are one of a kind and I thank God for you.

I did much online research to find an agent in Memphis and liked what I read about Dianne, so I contacted her to help with our home search. We visited Memphis twice before actually moving here. She and her husband Bruce, who is also an experienced agent, showed us many homes, showed us around the area, took us to lunch, and in general, just made us feel like friends. When we finally did find the "home of our dreams", Dianne worked tirelessly with a difficult situation to make everything work for us. She never gave up on us, even though it felt like we'd never find the right house. This was the complete opposite of the horrible experience we had selling our home! ZillowVERIFIED I take pride in my property so it is clean, reasonably updated and presentable. My prior experience with selling a home was the agent trying to make as much money as she could and being overly critical about the condition of my home. Dianne is not like that at all. She makes sure your best interest is always in mind. One thing I immediately liked about Dianne was her acknowledgement of the condition of the property and her constructive feedback around small things I could do requiring little to no money to just set it over the top. The conversation was pleasant and I did not feel pressure so I followed her advice. And it worked! Within 3 days of having my house on the market I received a workable offer. Dianne was very helpful in guiding me with a counter so that I still got what I wanted and the buyer felt like I was giving a little. That also worked! We quickly came to an agreement and set a fast closing. The house was a little older so the inspection list was long. The buyer sent a list of items that at first seemed overwhelming. However, Dianne took that list and arranged it in a way that made perfect sense and showed me how I could accomplish everything on the list for half the cost I was expecting and showed me how I could do some of the repairs before closing and then some "in lieu of" at closing to help financially. Dianne arranged the work to be done and kept up with all the contractors. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. Buying and selling homes can be very stressful and I recommend Dianne as your agent to help make the experience a lot easier. I know I will use her again.
