ZillowVERIFIEDDianne Jensen receives our HIGHEST recommendation. Dianne was a genuinely invested partner in the process of purchasing our first home. My husband and I went into the process with a lot of anxiety and little knowledge of what to do. In an extremely competitive sellers market, Dianne remained very committed and optimistic to helping us find the aEUR~right homeaEUR" showing us over 50 homes and keeping our spirits up during an emotionally draining process. Diannes experience and competence is clear aEUR" she is always well-prepared and efficient in managing communication between us, sellers and preparing offers, regardless of her schedule. When it came to offers/negotiating with sellers, she pointed out every important detail and never pressured us to compromise. In the end, we truly got THE BEST aEUR~right home thanks to her advocacy and persistence in reaching out to the sellers. Despite the stress of searching for a house, we had a lot of fun working with Dianne and miss viewing homes with her! Nathan Basisty and Paul Pierce

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne is a very professional person. She communicates clearly and helped manage my perspective of my property and the process. When I needed to contact her, she always contacted me back if she wasn't originally available. She is easy to discuss issues with and has good suggestions. She has an in-house assistant who supports her very well. This helped when I had a quick issue and didn't necessarily need to contact Dianne directly. They make a great team!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne has helped me to buy and sell 5 different houses over the years, and she has always done a wonderful job. She knows the Maryland real estate market inside and out, and is very responsive to questions. She was very patient while showing me large numbers of houses over the years, and knew exactly how much I should offer and pay. A truly great professional that I highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was wonderful to work with. I had to sell my current house and buy a new one in the same time period and she was able to make it a smooth process and I was able to settle on both the sale of my old house and the purchase of the new one on the same day. She was always available for any questions I had and genuinely cared about my needs throughout the entire process. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne and the team she works with were amazing to work with. She did some very good research that helped us to price the policy to sell. In a relatively flat market, I sold for above asking when I had honestly been prepared for much less. Besides the pricing help she was incredibly responsive and helpful through the entire process. My sale was complicated by some personal life issues as well that she navigated with sensitivity. My house was relatively modest for the area, yet I felt like I was a valued and respected customer the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and strongly recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was amazing to work with. She was thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process, from the comps in the neighborhood to the best way to market the property. She suggested what I felt was an aggressive but reasonable asking price for the neighborhood and still closed the sale with a bid over the listed price of the home, thanks to professional photography and top-notch marketing collateral. I would recommend Dianne to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, she is so easy to work with and she truly cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was the ultimate professional. There was never a time when my calls, of which there were many, were not returned or were there questions that we had. Her years of experience and being local to the area allowed for our house to be sold at full asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne took charge of everything. One stop shopping so to speak. She and the rest of the team presented our mom's condo in the best of light. Soon within weeks we had a contract and settlement soon followed. Dianne realized an accounting error affecting her share of commission. We received a check within days. Her team helped to greatly reduce the stress levels associated with selling one's home.

ZillowVERIFIED In total we saw over 70 houses, and Dianne always made herself available to show them whether she were sick or had her own family issues to deal with. Dianne made buying my first home a very easy process despite having to deal with the other horrible real estate agents. I will definitely be referring her to all of my friends and family Once again thank you for everything that you did, it was greatly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED We had our house at 8415 Old Frederick Rd listed for sale with Ms. Jensen. She tried her best but we were unable to sell the property. Finally, we decided to rent it out. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in working out the rental agreement. She is very pleasant to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased and sold many homes and properties over the years and Dianne is the best agent I've worked with. Two homes sold this year and one was full price and settled in 30 days. I have another home that will be for sale within a year. She is a top agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Dianne for buying your new home or selling your existing one. She helped us do both in early 2012 after a very extensive search. We appreciated her patience with us as we started, stopped and restarted our search. As we identified listings we wanted to see, she was always quick to arrange appointments and provide us with as much information as possible for each house. When we eventually found the house we wanted, Dianne was quick to communicate our offer verbally and to draft the paperwork to formalize it. Then she got to work getting our existing home on the market. We really enjoyed working with Dianne and have recommended her to two friends who worked with her (and she sold those houses quickly, too!)

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne is a great real estate agent and an amazing human being. Her expertise, reliability, ease of access and fantastic communication skills make this very complex and tedious process of selling and buying a home smooth and manageable. She shares her knowledge readily and willingly, and makes tasteful suggestions and recommendations. She works long hours, but is never inpatient, dismissive or short. She is on your side every step of the way and you know it. She makes things happen. Good things! She makes all the difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne is the most thorough Realtor. one could hope to work with. She pays attention to details and makes sure the contracting process flows smoothly. I appreciate the patience she showed in my very long, protracted home search. She never tired of touring me through new inventory. When I finally found what I had been wanting she masterfully handled the negotiations. I am delighted with the home and very pleased with the service I received from Dianne. I am so pleased that I have referred her to friends. She handled a sale for two of them and purchases for two. None of us can say enough great things about this exceptional Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was extremely helpful. We couldn't recommend her more! She took on the role of project manager to help get our house a facelift prior to the sale, was very helpful with guidance and suggestions during the sale, and closed the sale for us. All of this was done for us and we didn't have to leave our home in Ireland for any of this to happen. It was as painless of a process as it could be considering the ocean that was between us.

ZillowVERIFIED ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! Words cannot describe the experience that you will have when choosing Ms. Dianne Jensen as your realtor. Patience, understanding, and dedication are just a select few words that describe Ms. Dianne Jensen. She is and always will be on your side from the onset and until the day you close. Ms. Jensen assisted me with the purchase of my first home 12+ years ago and have bought several others with her assistance since then. All I can say is the day that Ms. Dianne Jensen chooses to retire from her calling will be the day that I buy my last house, as I have been spoiled by her expertise. Guarantee that EVERYONE who enlists her help will come back and say thank you.
