ZillowVERIFIED We have been vacationing in Marco for many years and wanted to have our own place. We first met Dianna at an open house. We sought her out to show us some additional properties for sale in Marco. She responded promptly and showed me numerous properties. We decided to pursue building as an option. She again did an exhaustive search for us and showed us many lots for sale. Although that trip didn't find us our perfect lot, she kept looking and called the following week, with the ideal location that came on the market. Dianna helped us immensely through this process and was a tremendous resource and fountain of knowledge. Once we secured the lot, she was instrumental in helping us find the right builder. She took me to several builders and helped us get through this process. We have since built our dream home on the island, with many, many thanks to Dianna. She has been an invaluable resource for helping us to understand many of things of which we had little knowledge. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and is a lovely human being. Recently, we have reached out to her again, to help find my in-laws a home on Marco as well and once again have had a very positive experience with her. We can't say enough about her work ethic. She is excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED After 4 years trying to buy in Marco Island and having used many realtors I finally came across Dianna and wouldn't you know it I now own a condo in Marco Island. Living in New Jersey, Dianna listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford and set me up with a listings cart of properties that fit. She would go look at the properties, send me pictures and videos and offered her input. In one day after I came back from vacation I picked a condo, she submitted an offer and had a contract within hours and 45 days later I closed without incident. Dianna found me a bank to work with and walked me through the entire process having to close from New Jersey. She was available whenever I had a question. I only hope in 4 years when I retire she is still working as a realtor because she will be the only realtor I used in buying my retirement house in Marco Island..Coming from someone who has worked with many realtors over the last few years, Dianna is by far the most professional, hard working and caring realtor I have come across. My dreams are finally a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in contact with a few different realtors in Marco Island. Dianna was by far the most responsive. We flew down in March for a few days and Dianna was awesome to work with. She was always on time, did her homework, knew the local market exceptionally well. We found the building that we loved (Somerset) and we just waited for listings. She was so on top of things and when a listing popped that was a great deal, with her help, we were able to make an offer and we purchased that unit. We are going under some renovations and Dianna has been a great help with not only recommending local contractors but coordinating visits while we were not there. Too bad, I can only give her 5 starts - as her help before, during and after has been the best.
