She understood my needing to get out from that situation and worked late into the night working on contracts as we went into the purchase of another home. She has tremendous expertise and is helpful in the stressful process of selling and buying a home. I enjoyed her easy going personality yet is very firm and is STRONG in representing you in negotiations. I dont think I would have been able to do this process with another agent to the satisfaction that we had. In fact, months later, when my father was ready to purchase a home, I directed him to Dianna.
