When I was looking for a new home in summer 2019, I had not purchased a house in 17 years and had so many questions. Dianna was knowledgeable and patient! She worked within my budget and really listened to what I was seeking in a house. She was honest, practical, and fun to work with. Dianna also pointed out various features of any given house to help me evaluate the pros and cons of a particular layout. I loved working with Dianna!

Dianna was a blessing and a tremendous resource as I prepared to list and sell a house for the first time! I had tenants in the property and it needed work prior to being listed. She provided me recommendations on items to address to maximize the potential offer. After I was unable to find qualified reliable contractors to complete the various scopes of work, Dianna provided me a contractor that was able to complete all scopes of work at a competitive price. When the work was complete, she brought in a professional photographer to take high-quality pictures that remarkably represented the property. The pictures were finalized that afternoon, and the listing was up the next morning. After two days of being listed I had an offer! As the weeks counted down to closing, Dianna communicated with me very regularly on the next steps to be completed. Reflecting on the entire experience, Dianna was the best I could have hoped for and I would not have had such a wonderful experience without her. I highly recommend Dianna Hornes and and will use her again in the future!

Dianna has always been amazing to work with. My experience with her since the beginning has be top notch. Which is why I have continued to use her. As a seller Dianna made sure everything was perfectly set before my home hit the market. When I received multiple offers, she took the time to go through each and every one of them with me. After accepting an offer, her hard work continued all the way to closing. As a home buyer, Dianna always made sure I had the latest updates on the newest listings. Although she has multiple clients at once, she always made me feel like a priority. She answers messages and calls promptly and if she doesnt have the answer, you bet shell get it. She listens to concerns and stays aware of budget even when Id stray. If something needs to be done, fixed, or changed, she will make sure of it. All 3 of my closings I have actually been able to enjoy and take the moment in because she has gone above and beyond through the entire process to make sure when that day arrives, everything is in place.
