ZillowVERIFIED Dianna not only knows the market, but having grown up locally she knows the area extremely well, which is exactly what I wanted in a realtor. We went into this process expecting it could take years for our home to sell...but 22 days on the market and only 1 showing later, we were under contract to sell our home AND buy another! We closed less than two months later on both in the same day, we sold our house at 11AM and bought our next house at 2PM that afternoon! We went into it thinking 'worst case' and came out with pretty much the quickest and smoothest closing process you could ask for.
