However due to some personal circumstances of being across the county and laid up from a car wreck, we decided to employ an agent for the sale of our rental home in Las Vegas. I can't tell you how happy I am that we chose Diane Varney.I had done extensive market research and had a price range in mind to sell my home. Based on her own research and market experience, Diane convinced me to list a good bit higher. Then she brought in a full price offer within a couple days of listing. Throughout the closing process all of the small hiccups that happen during most real estate transactions were handled smoothly by Diane and her team. They also have a great network of reliable vendors if you need repairs or cleaning services. As a distance landlord in Las Vegas, I always found it difficult to get reliable service, but Diane's recommendations were all rock solid and reasonably priced. I don't write many reviews, but I'm taking the time on this one to give Diane Varney my highest recommendation.
