We looked at a few that we thought we were going to love, but they were less than thrilling. Diane asked us what we liked about those houses and what we didnt. The next day we went out to look and found two houses that we could have put an off in on. We put in our offer and Diane suggested to write a personal letter to the owners and that maybe that could swing their decision making into our favor. Sure enough they picked our offer and it was the lower of the three they were considering. Diane will listen to your wants and needs and help you find the home of your dreams. As far as buying, when there was a house I wanted to see, she was always available on short notice to make sure I saw the house quickly (which was so important in todays market). She also provided great feedback on the houses we looked at as far as market price and value. When I found the house I wanted, she provided great feedback on what I needed to include in my offer, and I got the first house I made an offer on when there were multiple other offers.When I sold my house, Diane provided valuable comparable properties to show what my house was worth. Diane's weekly reports on activity included numbers on times house viewed, interested buyers ,etc. Diane calls every broker after a home visit. No stone is left unturned. Diane price's the home fairly and does not pressure you for price adjustments. Once a contract was in play Diane was skilled and persistent through signing.
