ZillowVERIFIED I met with 4 different agents to interview and determine which would work well for me. The other three said a bunch of things that sounded good, but Diane has a track record going back several years, and I could see why she had been so successful. I chose Diane. I was definitely not disappointed. She was knowledgable, attentive, went above and beyond to assist with the sale, and make it easier for me (I previously moved out of the area so checking on the home often was not feasible). I worked in sales for 30 years before retiring, so I set a high bar for those that offer their professional services. It would not be a stretch to say that I absolutely made the right choice- and I would say that even if she hadn't sold the home over list, or hadn't spent almost two hours assisting with some cleaning in the home, or hadn't put me in touch with someone promptly to maintain the yard in my absence, and clearly acted in my best interest as my advocate. My only regret is that this is the last of our properties in the Toledo area- I wish I would have found Diane sooner!! Outstanding!

We met Diane at a open house and instantly new after talking with her that we wanted to work with her to find our dream house. We actually were out driving around the neighborhood and pulled into her open house. Not realizing that her open house was about over as she was closing the house up we walked up. She did not turn us away instead she welcomed us in and did a great job showing the house and giving us information about the house. Although we did not end up buying that house, she stayed in contact with us and helped us with houses we showed interest in. We loved working with Diane. She even made herself available while she was on vacation to look into a house we were interested in. She is very informative about everything to do with houses and gave us options and contacts to help us find and buy our dream house. We loved the fact that she cared about her job but also made our concerns a priority. She was not pushy one bit but constantly kept us informed every step of the way. When we found an area we really liked, she was on the watch for the perfect property. She was able to find the places that were coming on the market and get us a showing as soon as it hit the market. We were able to find the perfect place. She helped us through the entire process, as it had been 40 years since we bought our last home. It was great to work with Diane! I would highly recommend her.
