ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot imagine a better experience. Diane was tasked with selling my late-mother's townhome in Scottsdale. There are 3 siblings, all living in different states (CA, AZ and AR), with input on the sale. This made for not the best logistics, but Diane didn't even break a sweat dealing with us! Diane was brutally honest about the market, warning us that it is a buyers market. We were told, homes are selling for less than you expect, and they are on the market for longer times. We took her recommendations to heart. She let us pick our price, but tempered our expectations. We got multiple offers and sold in 2 days! In the end we netted more profit than we expected. There were bumps in the road: an unexpected mortgage (not true, a bank mistake), a misrepresentation in the MLS (corrected w/o incident or cost), a change of escrow companies during escrow (I would have never known it went so smoothly), an estate sale company that left the house a mess (she managed getting it cleaned up w/o fuss or muss or undue cost), emptying the house of all remaining items (again, handled with her own handyman, donation centers, and junk removal company for a very reasonable cost). Diane could not have made this sale any easier. She earned every penny of her commission, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, or recommend her to anyone. We had the best possible experience! ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very long journey to buying our new home. Dianne helped us sell our home but with the current market, we were unable to buy another before closing. After the sale of the home Diane strapped in for the long road ahead. It was extremely difficult to find temporary housing (1-3 months) to stay in while we found our new home. Dianne was instrumental in helping us find that temporary housing and came to the rescue! She found a month to month rental that accommodated all of our needs! We were looking for homes all over the valley and Dianne was right there next to us along the way. We finally found a home in Awhatukee and couldnt be happier with our new home!
