I hope that the fact I am providing a review is telling you what you need to know. Specifics:Diane is very knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and somehow stays on top of all the moving pieces. She was very detail oriented, including when taking really great photos of the house. She is also quite easy to talk with and I felt completely comfortable asking her questions (and, well, also venting a bit) throughout the process. Even if you have worked with another realtor in the past, like both my friend and I had done, I strongly suggest you talk with Diane. I am glad I did.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first-time homebuyers so our knowledge of the process was limited. We started out by attending many open houses to no avail. We met Diane while viewing one of her listings, and although that house was not a good fit for us, it did lead us to a wonderful working relationship with Diane. She was very patient, understanding, and cooperative. She responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. She showed us so many houses we sort of lost count, but we settled on about 15 showings through the dead of winter. She never pressured us at showings and was forthright with details of the house that may have proven to be problematic at the present or in the future. For Diane it's not just about a sale, it's about finding the right fit no matter how long it takes. The house we finally settled on was listed with Keller Williams through another agent, but Diane worked with us and the other agent to negotiate terms that allowed us to be homeowners. She educated us on all the multiple components of the home buying process which let us walk into our closing with some degree of confidence as newbies. Through her experience in the field, Diane was also able to recommend a great home inspector. From start to finish she was there to light the way and make this scary, but exciting dream of homeownership a reality. We are forever grateful!

From the get-go, she was an exceptional realtor - friendly, incredibly knowledgable about different construction methods and house features, and thorough. We ended up touring houses with Diane for the next year or so, checking out different locations and dealing with a shifting housing market. During that time, we made a few offers on properties and occasionally had to take a break from the search when life got hectic. We never, ever felt pressured to rush into a house we weren't happy with, nor did Diane suggest houses that were outside of our budget - both things we had experienced with a different realtor.One of the things I've liked most about having Diane as our realtor is her attention to detail - whenever we had a question about a house (What does this cable do? Is there a monthly fee for that water filtration system?) she was on the ball about it, taking notes/pictures and getting the answers to us ASAP. She was always easy to reach via email or text, and worked with us at sometimes crazy hours of the night to make sure our offer was on time.We seriously couldn't recommend her enough!
