Diane was able to walk us through and negotiate with the sellers but also help us with the buyers of our home and assist with all the repairs and questions that we had. Diane is well connected and she also provided us assistance with all the different team members required to buy and sell the houses. Do you need a loan officer or a lawyer? Well she will get you the best in town. But in addition to that she was always calmed and kept us calm during the stressful times. After selling our previous home and now that we are unpacking and settling in our beautiful home, we can highly recommend Diane Shay as a real state team to everyone that we know.
