Jim and Diane are a powerhouse pair and I'm so happy my husband and I were able to work with them. They are very welcoming, informative, educating and have a great sense of humor. We had an outstanding experience with Diane and Jim buying a home. We interviewed a couple of realtors in the area but we liked Diane and Jim's knowledge of the area (Olathe/OP) and the fact that they were their own team. They are genuine and don't come off as salespeople. With Diane and Jim you get a good knowledge of the area, the market, as well as knowledge about home maintenance etc. Jim even helped us troubleshoot some home maintenance items after we had moved in and recommended a couple of contractors who did great work! They were also very knowledgeable about the offer/negotiation process and what we would likely need to offer and/or concede in order to be competitive with other offers. This ended up being crucial in getting our offer accepted on the house since it was a multiple offer situation. Compared to other realtors we've worked with, they were much more patient and helpful. They were always prompt in responding to messages or calls and answered all of the (many) questions we had. I would recommend them to any friends/family who needed a realtor.

We enjoyed working with Diane and her team getting the property ready to go and then through the whole process of listing it. The sale was very smooth and happened much more quickly than anyone in our family expected, and she was skilled at working the final selling price up from our original asking price.
