ZillowVERIFIED The best words to describe my experience with selling my home with Diane and her team is just totally AWESOME, painless, professional, friendly and PLEASURABLE. Selling a home is difficult with getting it look good and fixing all of the "honey do" items. Diane and her team made the experience seem the best as it could possibly be. I interviewed 3 Realtors, When I interviewed Diane, I wanted to sign right then and there because I was impressed with her and her presentation. She is very professional and personable and her honesty sealed the deal. She priced the house perfectly where we received over 15 showings within 2 days and several competitive offers in the same time frame. I was out of town when all of the showings were going on and she was also actually out of state on vacation as well. She kept me in the loop on everything, even on her vacation, and we decided on accepting an offer that was the best for all involved. We listed on 6/19/18, accepted the offer on 6/21/18 and closed on 7/25/18. She vetted all of the offers that were presented and the closing in 34 days proved that she knows exactly what she is doing. I cannot say enough great things about Diane, Megan and Maren. the photos by Maren captured the property perfectly and Megan was there whenever I needed her. I also purchased a new home using Diane and throughout the entire sell and buy process, Diane was more like family to me and my family and the whole process was unbelievable. Her referral for mortgage financing was 1000% right on because he was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, prior to the move, the house was not "showable" due to all the chaos, packing and critters running around. The day after we left, Diane and her team took over. They had the house cleaned and professionally photographed in short order then put it on the market. We starting seeing results immediately and had a few offers within days. Three of them at one time!! Diane explained the pros and cons of each in order for us to make an informed decision with our own best interests at heart. The rest was smooth sailing as well. Diane and/or Megan was there whenever we had a question and everything was done via email or phone calls. When it was time to close, all the papers were overnighted to us, we went to the bank for notarization and then sent them back in the pre-paid envelope. I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and this one was the easiest one yet and done from 700 miles away! Awesome!!!
