Diane's knowledge and expertise in her field and real estate market both locally and of the surrounding area is second to none which was quite evident from our initial office meeting up to day of actual closing. Diane's display and interest in the marketing possibilities took effect early and often with constant market updates, inventory and most importantly visits to the home during the buildout which no doubt familiarized her with each and every detail of the home which would eventually turn into a very successful project/sale for both the builder and agent. We connected immediately on every level necessary to create a home that would be extremely marketable and desirable for the area and it's clientele which in fact would lead to a sale of the home within 24 hours of first and only open house. Although this was just my first experience and project with Diane the hope is that it will continue for some time to come based on the trust that has developed during the duration of the sale. Diane did an excellent job inspecting a house that was in terrible shape, even taking pictures of the inside and outside to show that it was not safe to even inspect or show. Rather than advising the client to just accept an offer from a neighbor as a knock down, she put it on the market, pushed for good value for the location, and helped get the client a far higher offer than had been expected. Her efforts were greatly appreciated by all, and she is also a pleasure to work with as well.
